I use Getscreen.me daily to help our customers with their computer issues remotely and there is no better remote desktop app for it. Very easy to use with clean interface that does not cause any questions at all. I have used different softwares before for remote access, and can say with no hesitation, this is the best there is! I highly recommend to purchase this software, you will not look back for a second.

1. you can still access the internet using internet explorer giving your location sometimes, it can be found under Windows Accessories in the start menu.

2. You can access the remote connection using the up arrow(^) at the bottom Right of the screen seeing all previous connections and there location

I have been using TeamViewer for almost a decade but with its changing model from a purchase to a subscription, I have been looking around for alternatives and this was something I decided to try - but didn't expect it to be a true replacement.

I am cynical and didn't expect something this affordable to let me handle supporting a company spread over 3 countries and 2 continents, but it absolutely did.

I have been spending a few weeks gradually installing the Agent on machines I normally access with TeamViewer and held off reviewing in case I had problems. I have had none. This is my new favorite tool.

Oh, and the live chat support is just a great extra.

GetScreen It greatly increased everyone's ability to resolve customer support issues and to perform software installations and updates. It also provided a convenient centralized location where you could manage your connections to customers and to quickly hop onto their systems.

Just finished my first client call with multiple user access and the software was flawless. Actually performed better than AnyDesk on a low bandwidth connection. Super impressed so far and one of the best purchases I have made this year.

I switched from Teamviewer and I am glad to be using Getscreen.me. If you are using Teamviewer you should make the switch. I'm a very happy customer and I am excited to see what the team at Getscreen.me can do as far as updates. So far I am happy with the platform and it does everything I need.

getscreen.me has made remote session management very easy. I like the translation feature where you can provide support even to non-native desktops ( like french, arabic etc) and get tooltips in english. This is a must have for anyone who wants to save time and ensure that he is doing the job professionally.
