The last ticket we have from you had the subject
“E-mails / Outlook is not working since the payment did not arrive on time. Account is paid but emails are down”
The last response from us was
“We have checked the account status and it is active and the mailing is working fine on it too. Our testing to our gmail account worked fine. Also mails are successfully receiving to your account without any issues.
If you are still facing issues, please update us with the error details at your end, so that we can check the issue in detail.”
It seems you didn’t pay your bill on time, then your account was suspended and you were experiencing some email connectivity issues after your account was suspended for non-payment. Suspension and cancelation are standard practices in every industry for non-payment.
We never heard anything back and then you requested that your account be cancelled. Again, we would love the opportunity to actually help you. Please let us know how we can help.

Billing Assistance Via Phone Does Not Exist
Service works well enough but customer service for billing questions via phone is non-existent. I have left two messages about needs to change our biling information and questions about future payment options. I have still not received a call back but was able to make partial changes through the website to get us through the current year. But we will have the same problem next year unless it is corrected. This will take human interaction.
