This is a scam company, don't buy their pillows. I bought the pillow and then sent it back upon agreement with the company. Was told that I would get my refund. I sent more than 5 emails requesting a refund as the item was delivered 3 weeks ago now to their office. None of my emails were responded to when asking for a refund. This company masquerades as a number of difference companies such as nedo and novara. The pillow caused severe pain for my child hence why I returned them. Still have not received my refund as of 21/07/2026. Scam company and scam product with fake clinician backing.

It is a scam, they provide a chinese tracking number, which never updates and the product never arrives. According to others on facebook, I am not the only one with this experience.
