After reviewing your account, we can confirm that your subscription was successfully canceled on June 9, 2026. We'd also appreciate it if you could let us know where you canceled your subscription, as we'd like to verify the process. Our subscription is optional and requires customers to actively opt in during checkout.

Please reply to our email with any additional details so we can investigate why you continued receiving shipments despite the cancellation and work toward a resolution.
