I mistakenly ordered these cameras thinking I was getting a deal not realising they were priced in US dollars. So instead of 105 it was 182.50. To my surprise I was issued a full refund shortly after I contacted the company. I am really pleased with the service

Lange Versandzeiten. Wollte stornieren,aber das Paket wäre wohl schon unterwegs.12 Tage später kam es .Wollte es zurück schicken. Als Angebot sollte ich 25%vom Kaufpreis zurück bekommen. Habe mit PayPal bezahlt, dabei sollte auch die 25% auf PayPal zurück überwiesen weden. Sollte sofort passieren. Heute sind es 5 Tage.immer wieder vertröstet .aber die Rückmeldung geht prompt. Das ist auch das einzige Und noch kein Geld, oder Adresse zur Rücksendung würde auch nicht angegeben. Die Absenderadresse in Hannover ist ein Asia DHL Abkömmling.
Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal direkt bei temu bestellen. Oder bei Amazon für 10 Euro

A lot of other websites when your trying to buy something from them, they make you go threw all these things before you can even see what your trying to buy. I have actually just gave up sometimes and just went elsewhere. That didn't happen with you guys and I really want to thank you for that.

It’s a company I came across when they were advertising a small outside camera which is run by charging it up like one does with the phone. When I placed my order they immediately let you know they have received the order. It did take a while for it to arrive but a quick email to customer service assured me it was on the way. Great service

We are in need of a surveillance setup that won't put us in the poor house cost wise.i came across Getspyfocus and this is a no brainer product.placing the order was easy, shipping costs were reasonable and now we wait a couple of days for delivery.

The camera's were easy to buy and were cheap for the quality.

Had a couple of questions about the functionality of the product. I received a response quickly. This brought a second question up, and received the answers I was looking for promptly again. I will definitely purchase now that I have all questions answered to my satisfaction. My perception is, an orderly and knowledgeable crew is running the sales department of this company.
