From asking google about security cameras to ordering from your site about 5 minutes. One comment however the cost of the waranty was not mentioned on the general pricing page, it should be.

Stop adding all the additional products that you can't by pass where people end up with things they didn't want to purchase.

Customer service sucks

Disappointed

Did my research and according to internet search these mini cameras were rated #1....Ordered June 20, 2026 ....I wished the cameras were as good as the online research said; they were not easy to set up, the app did not work with camera and I decided to return. I did see reviews online that indicated getting refund on return was difficult. It seems to be accurate. Items were returned (at my expense for $10.40 postage) and received July 9, 2026, with 5-7 days expected to received my refund and could take up to 3-20 days?? Still waiting!!! Please send my refund ASAP, very disappointed in customer service.
