Hannah did a great job in getting me the car very fast and efficient. The only problem was it didn't come clean and it had a fowl oder to it. However they did offer to pay for the detailing. I just feel that it should of already been taken care of. I also didn't get the keyless entry like it said it came with. They have ordered it but now I'm just waiting for it. The delivery guy did a great job as well as in explaining everything to me.

The title of this review says it all. I knew I didn’t want to go to the dealership and spend hours with an over zealous salesman. I tried one popular car buying site, but didn’t like the delayed responses I was receiving and I remembered seeing a commercial for gettacar, so I said why not! I did the pre qualification and was approved within minutes. I loved that all the available cars were shown, but the ones I pre qualified for had a special banner. I was super hype that I qualified for a Land Rover and a Mercedes; both with low mileage. I chose my vehicle and started the process. Within less than 30 minutes, I was fully approved and in contact with my loan hero, Cat. Cat was very efficient and ensured that I sent all the proper documents to close the deal. I was then contacted about delivery of my new ride. I was so excited when there was availability for the next day! I scheduled and the delivery driver texted to confirm. When my car arrived at my home, I was a little disappointed it wasn’t on a flat bed truck, but gettacar made up for it with the awesome service.

My delivery guy, Thomas, went over every feature with me and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. My new ride from gettacar is beautiful and treated me well during my 7 day test drive, so I kept her! Mercedes Benz GLC300

Everything from the moment I first saw the truck online to present day where my 7 day trial has since ended has been great! Terri G was awesome in dealing with me via text messaging the whole time. I don't like talking to people in person or via phone so it was perfect for me! The truck is even better looking in person and drives like new. The only negative I would give is I suppose the price agreed upon was a little higher than quoted on the actual website itself, but that's really on me since I agreed to the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I hope I never have to use it, but if I do that's when we'll really find out if it was worth the extra $100 a month. Overall though, I can't imagine why I wouldn't consider GETTACAR for future car shopping. They really are great.

OK so this is another update. My registration issue has been handled and gettacar is paying for the missing usb port in the car. So for that kind of customer I will return. My review back up to 4 stars because I really do love the car and they were helpful after posting my concerns and frustrations.
This is a review update. So my experience at first was wonderful. Fast forward to 2 months later. I had to ask for all my paperwork to be emailed to me including the bill of sale more than once. I didn't receive until a month and a half after purchase. My temp tags expired tomorrow and called the dmv to check the status of my registration. To my surprise the dmv says they don't have anything in their system currently with my Vin number. Call the company to figure out what the problem is. They had me on hold for about 10 minutes and claimed that they sent the paperwork by couldn't give me the tracking number even though the dmv says if they sent it one would have been issued. Then they tell me they can't send me a new set of temporary tags. So I'm supposed to go out of town tomorrow with almost expired tags to the great state of NY where they love to issue tickets and carry around paperwork with me. That was their solution, just have all my paperwork with me. I'm extremely irritated. Then as I'm trying to update software in my car I realize the USB drive utilize the rear DVD system is completely missing like it was stripped out and this info was not disclosed. The 5 recalls on the van I feel like should have been taken care of before putting it up for sale. I love my man but I shouldn't have to deal with this many problems after purchase. Think I'll try carvana next time.
