Ana was attentive and patience and even though I did not book the ticket with Southall travel I do feel she did everything to try and help me. Ana answered all my questions and nothing I requested for her to look into was a problem. I have always recommended Southall travel and people and will continue to do so because of the customer service I received from Ana.

Sarah was extremely helpful and understanding when we had an issue with our tickets, her customer service was excellent, she rang me back twice to help with the issue and rectified the problem for us, I highly recommend Sarah to help with any issues you have.

Get trip are a rip off company who…
Get trip are a rip off company who trade as any airline you want I booked a some flights to Portugal and to confirm the flights I called them as they were showing themselves as tap airways they then said the full price had not been paid and said £190 had to be paid which I did then I thought to call tap back but on the correct number who said there was nothing extra to pay so beware
