My experience has been great with Get Zeuss for female testosterone replacement! Customer service is excellent and responds quickly when you email or chat. They answer questions well and their pricing structure is simple and easy to understand. Most importantly, they offer online HRT for women at a reasonable (not cheap but also not overly priced) price, including modest doses of testosterone, in a space dominated by mostly male TRT with limited options available online for women. I was glad I found them, or I would have had to consider a local HRT doctor who is a lot more expensive.

Shipping is quick. When I had an issue where I was shipped cream by mistake, they promptly corrected it and shipped out the troche I had requested.

I did see some mild lift in libido on the 2.5 mg troche but am excited to switch over to the injections to see if the effect is more noticeable and consistent, as well as the impact on energy levels due to the longer half life. He prescribed me 4 mg testosterone cypionate weekly to start (in two divided, 2 mg doses) which felt like a very reasonable dose.

I like that they don’t mega dose women on testosterone and are careful yet reasonable, taking care to monitor bloodwork and such and to provide a vial compounded specially for women, as the one for men would not be possible to dose accurately in a woman.

The appointment with Dr. Cattelane was good, a little quick, but I liked that he was on time, polite, and answered my questions. The whole process felt very straightforward and simple, which I appreciated.

Ben and Annie were especially helpful in customer service but really the whole customer service team is top notch. I also like the simplicity of their website. It’s not busy like most Telehealth sites and is very easy to navigate. I also like they use really good, reputable pharmacies like Empower and Hallandale.

I do wish labs were included in the service at the same price instead of a separate (I think they said $119) charge through them or having to order through my own physician. It seems to me it would be better to have everything handled by Zeuss/in one place and would be more convenient. But at the same time I’d rather it be kept separate if that would up the monthly price because at least now I can use my insurance to do the labs, which is nice, just a bit more legwork having to request labs from my primary care doctor, although he doesn’t mind. Keep up the good work GetZeuss!

I had questions about injection technique and customer support responded within an hour with a video guide and tips. That kind of support makes a huge difference when starting TRT. The difference is noticeable more energy better focus and my libido is back. The doctor actually reviewed my symptoms carefully instead of just checking boxes which felt really personalized.

During my consultation, I had forgotten to relay an important piece of information. Late on a Friday afternoon, I sent an email to the Zeus service team, not expecting a response until the following week. To my surprise, I received a prompt reply that same evening, confirming the information had been forwarded to the consulting physician and setting the expectation that I would likely hear back on Monday.

Even more impressive, on Saturday I was updated that the physician had reviewed the matter and had already called in a prescription.
