Ordering is easy and I got my parts faster than expected.
The only thing is that I miss some information between ordering en receiving the parts about the status of the order or shipment.
Also the (Google) translation on the website give sometimes really weird names of the parts which make you doubting if you order de right parts.
But if you follow the exploded view of your bike and check the numbers everything is delivered like it should be.

Thanks for the feedback! We usually try to keep the customer updated by email, some of our email might ended up in the spam box? This happens some times with certain email providers, but we haven't figured it out yet how to solve it.. And yes, the translations can be confusing some times haha, excuse us for that!
Part needed pronto, Partsrepublik delivers!
I needed a part pronto. So I ordered it at Partsrepublik and also messaged them that I needed it quickly because I was going on a road trip soon.
The part needed to be ordered for me but they kept me in the loop and updated me every few days about the progress and possible delivery.
It was going to take up to 15 working days but in the end I received it after 10 working days.
The part was brand new and an original Honda part.
Thanks for the quick delivery and keeping me informed.

Great website and fast delivery. Great experience.
I'm really impressed with how easy it is to find what we're looking for on PartsRepublik, it's easy to search for what we need by browsing the blueprints and selecting parts. I am also impressed that I found the exact model of my motorcycle, with all the parts in one place, saving a lot of time. Regarding delivery, everything went well, quickly, and I received exactly what I bought, just like the pictures on the website. However, I will definitely be purchasing again.

I ordered a used sprag driven gear. It's a friction part. 12 pivoting cam shaped bearings grab on to this part. You are to expect some wear indication or friction signs
The part from Ducati is almost $400 Parts Republik charged me $50 U.S. dollars. Shipping was $49. I was wondering what kind of crap they were sending me
I chatted with a customer service rep for three or four days about motorcycles this and that. But I was worried. I didn't know if my bike needed this part because I have yet to disassemble it at that time. Come to find out, I seriously needed that part, and I didn't know what kind of usage the used part was put under.
And then the part came. I cut open the box and I shat a little in my pants.
It was brand new. Immaculate. No wear. No visible signs at all.
Now truth be told. I kind of feel like I robbed "Them"
I got a quality part that exceeded any and every expectation. I also was rewarded with good customer care, from someone who understood my barbaric American English. We're straight savages over here.
You got to give Parts Republik a shot. They are an excellent parts supplier.

Levertijd 3 tot 8 dagen.
Bestelling is al 3 maanden geleden besteld.(NOG STEEDS NIKS BINNEN) factuur gelijk betaald alles .
Bestel ergens anders als je je spullen netjes op tijd wilt hebben.

Excuses! Ik heb inmiddels jouw order gevonden. Ik neem morgenvroeg even contact met jou op.
Wel zie ik dat voor het laatst 14 april mijn collega contact heeft opgenomen met jou, via de mail waarmee jij jouw order hebt geplaatst (en waarmee we ook eerder contact hebben gehad)
Hierbij is jou gevraagd of je nog 1 tot 3 weken wou wachten, echter wachten wij nog op akkoord van jouw kant.
Hoe dan ook, excuses voor het ongemak!

Partsrepublik stellt sich Tot und verdient Geld dabei
Ich habe am 18.4.23 eine Bestellung bei Partsrepublik aufgegeben. Im Internet war das Teil als verfügbar gekennzeichnet. Lieferzeit waren 3-15 Tage. Ich habe mehrere Mails geschrieben um den Stand der Dinge zu erfahren. Antworten blieben aus.
Wenn ich die Bestellung zurückziehe, bekomme ich kein oder nur einen Teil meines Geldes zurück.
Möglicherweise sind Bestimmungen, (AGB) die bei Nichterfüllung des Vertrages vom Kunde einfach Geld einbehalten sittenwidrig. Kommunikation ist jedefalls nicht die Stärke von Partsrepublik.
