Met with Sam F for sales. Who was very kind and pleasant. A bike engineer named Ricardo G. He helped assemble and repair a lot of in-transit damage done to my bike. He was friendly, I credibly knowledgeable and capable and all in all a pleasure to chat with. Many thanks to both of you as well everyone at Giant!

Always a friendly welcome and expert advice in store. Good value sales when I bought my Giant Contend SL. Top notch maintenance and repair of both my Giant road bike and my Specialized electric mountain bike from Ricardo and the team. Highly recommended.

Friendly and very efficient service for my bike - made potential cost of additional work clear but only did what was necessary

Booked the bike in for work on the rear derailleurs. Ricardo knew what he was doing and kept me informed all the way as work progressed and issues uncovered. No unnecessary work added. Bike back in time for weekends sportive with advice on managing the situation as lack of parts meant a full repair was impossible

What a great team! Very knowledgeable and honest. I don’t let just any mechanic to touch my bikes (enduro and gravel) but with Ricardo you can just relax because he’ll make sure that your bike will only leave the shop at its best. He always explains what it’s needed done and what can be saved or wait, a real professional!

Purchased new giant TCR road bike in February in sale, at what last months' riding has shown to be an incredible bargain. Bike exceeds expectations in comfort and performance. Has run smoothly since day one. Just collected from initial free service check, with a few very minor adjustments. Customer service from all the team and Ricardo's setting up & tuning of very high standard. A very positive experience overall.

Brilliant service from Ricardo in prep for the Loch Ness Etape, really helpful and chased a warranty claim for a faulty freewheel hub assembly. Great team in the shop!

I had a small issue with my front SRAM derailleur. I came to the shop and Simon booked me in for a gear adjustment. Everything was sorted in no time. When I came to collect my bicycle Ricardo explained to me how to adjust gears using SRAM micro adjustments feature, he also updated my gears firmware. It was very helpful and pleasant visit

Dropped my bike in here at 3 o’clock on Friday with what I assumed was a destroyed rear derailleur, Ricardo had it repaired and ready to be collected within 2 hours, cost me £12. A great example of great service from a local shop, I’ll be back.

Ended up coming here as the canonmills shop was fully booked. Very friendly helpful staff. Was booked in for a service on the Sunday but didn’t get it back until Tuesday(which wasn’t a problem) they fixed all the little noises you kinda grow accustomed to if your bike hasn’t been serviced for a while. Breaks and gear changing all crisp and tight, can’t be happier. Will definitely be going back there for my next service!

Great job Simon and Ricardo. Looked after the bike and my finances by finding the most cost efficient and reliable solution to my old disc brakes.
