great product, quality material, very quick delivery

A well-designed product at an affordable price makes this an excellent value - especially since comparable products are at least twice as expensive. The installation document could be improved.
We have filled it with water, which seems to make it sufficiently heavy for our use.

Mauvaise expérience.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the shipping was a little longer than I expected. Otherwise it was a great experience. I love the bench. It was well packed and very easy to assemble. great communication and would definitely do business with them again

The quality of the product was very poor. The frame blended and broke under the Waugh of the pots. Will never shop from your company again

Pas de mail, juste un sms avec un numéro de colis.
Quand j'appelle le service client, le IA me dis qu'il n'y a pas de commande existante, alors que j'ai bien été débité. Et sur castorama rien non plus.
Malheureusement pour le vendeur il n'est pas tombé sur les bonnes personnes pour jouer à ce jeu là, et cela risque de lui coûter cher et il risque de regretter.
Giantex je vous invite fortement à nous livrer comme prévu, avec respect et sinon de nous rembourser rapidement.
Si je n'ai rien en retour après vous avoir envoyé le mail, je vous demanderez de me joindre une Attestation de Vigilance que je suis en droit de vous réclamer en tant que client et que vous serez obligé de me joindre.
J'ai dû mettre une étoile, seulement ça ne la vaut même pas, surtout quand je vois les autres commentaires.

Je viens de commander 2 fauteuils.
Ma banque vient de prendre en charge mon achat et mon compte va être débité de la somme.
Par contre je n'ai aucune confirmation de cet achat et encore moins la confirmation d'une date de livraison, contrairement à tous les autres établissements.

One of the solid seat platforms that supports the cushion snapped when a person under the weight limit sat on the chair. The cushion at the front of the chair is now collapsed, with the springs or some type of metal items are protruding out the bottom. My finger was cut when I turn the chair over to inspect further. It seems to be that the plywood used for this part of the chair assembly was sub-par or was perhaps already damaged. So far, the other chairs are working well and are quite comfortable.

Found a hard to get stand at a good price with quick shipping.

It looks great and was easy to put together.

Purchasing was easy. Communication was great. Delivery was on expected date. Item had a few scratches. One chair is not level. I will see if we can alter it in some way. Experience with company was good.

Ordered an outdoor sofa directly from their website. Paid extra for shipping to Toronto $49. They then called and said they needed to charge me and extra $300 for shipping as they did not account for their stock and would have to ship it from a different location. The shipping cost was almost as much as the item.

The product is great but unfortunately I initially entered the wrong shipping address thus my product was delivered and customer service reached out several times asking if the product had been delivered. So, prior to submitting the order double and triple check that address. As that shipping department doesn't obviously read emails. So, that was my biggest drawback in this entire experience.

Discontinued selling replacement parts for previous models, such as the 12 ft/6 pole trampoline. In addition to having no option for trampoline models only recently discontinued, they charge for customers to ship the product back. Buyer be warned - get it right the first time. Also, the AI chat bot offered bad advice, don't trust it.

I thought the price was fair for a replacement net for my 12 foot, 8 pole trampoline. It fit over the poles nicely.
