Poor communication, just taken money
I donât usually leave reviews but need others to know your order wonât be shipped very fast with this company, nor communicate with you. Recently ordered masks. Emailed asking when shipment would occur and was told next day, my item wasnât shipped next day and I emailed to ask whatâs going on - nil reply. Iâve ordered 7 days ago now and still not shipped. Iâm very understanding that things are delayed right now but no communication from a company once it takes your money is poor. Hopefully I hear back soon otherwise will lodge complaint with ACCC.
