Had a negative experience and was ignored when I asked to come in for a check up to finish the full procedure, you should consider a professional company with a good track record instead. Now I am left at square one, absolute waste of your money and time.

I'm going to be as diplomatic and fair as I can about my experience- After 2 years and 3 months we still haven't reached their projected outcome. Again to be fair, my teeth seem to be fairly stubborn and have required numerous sets of aligners BUT one of the biggest problems is they don't listen to your requests sometimes. I made it clear that the really thin, flimsy aligners they were sending were not working on my stubborn teeth. Next set would be great (a lot thicker and actually useful for stubborn teeth like mine), They listened 🙂. Problem is the next set would be the thin, rubbish set again that did nothing. I would have to remind them again that I needed the ticker set. Sometimes the message would get through, sometimes it would fall on deaf ears again! So after many many sets and some pretty frustrating times, I would say we've achieved about 85% of what we set out to do. I'm a lot happier than I was when I started.
Now for the bad stuff-
It's clear that numerous different people answer the Whatsapp chat. Sometimes you get someone who is positive and helpful and really listens. Then other times you can tell you're just another costumer getting answered by someone that doesn't seem very interested in working with you for the best outcome.
Then there's the the way they've basically tried to wrap up the treatment by telling me I'd need to see a dentist for some polishing and a further "torque attachment" to achieve the results they projected in the first place!

IF YOU CAN AFFORD INVISALIGN OR BRACES, IT WOULD BE A WAY BETTER OPTION THAN THIS ONE.
However, if you're looking to do it on a budget, this option wasn't too bad in the end. You just need to put your foot down and be clear about what you need because you never get to see anyone or actually show them the real world changes (not just Whatsapp photos)

Yes, I trust, Yes communication great, teeth radically improved. Do not hesitate to recommend. That's just my experience.

I have nothing but positive feedback about my experience so far with Smart Smile Co. I had braces when I was 17 then due to neglecting the night time retainer my teeth had shifted over the years so when I was 23 I got Invisalign. Again I neglected the night time retainer a year or so after treatment finished and teeth had again moved gradually over the years until I am now 34. I just told myself to get used to my crowded teeth as I was not getting braces again and I wasn’t going to go near Invisalign again either, given the experience (attachments that no one had told me I would need until I got them glued on and suddenly they were very visible, then when getting removed the dentist left a bunch of glue on my teeth) and the cost!

But then my partner randomly stumbled upon Smart Smile Co online and pointed out the flexible payment terms, and how you can do it from the comfort of your own home. I had quite a bit of skepticism about something like this so did my research first and read these Trustpilot reviews and then decided to just give it a go.

I brought the at home teeth impression kit which arrived pretty quickly - I found the instructions to be very detailed and laid out in an easy to read / understand layout which made the process pretty straight forward. I sent them off and then a week or so later I got my treatment plan that showed 3d images of my teeth moving through the 10 top aligners and 12 bottom aligners until the last one which was perfectly straight. As the aligners get changed every fortnight, this means the treatment time would only be 5 months for the top and 6 for the bottom which I was surprised to know that all my stress and disappointment with myself for letting my teeth get out of shape twice could have been reversed a long time ago, had I known of this company!

Still with a bit of skepticism about this being too good to be true, I reached out to the team via WhatsApp and gave my list of questions with the main one being “will I have to have those attachments glued to my teeth” (the answer was in my case, no 😅)

Richard from Smart Smile Co was nothing short of fantastic and he answered all my questions and gave me the confidence in this company that I could trust them to get my smile back to its straight self of prior years! I had some issues with the Humm account setup (for the interest free payment plan) and called Richard back the same day - he patiently helped me for 45 mins to set this up and made calls to Humm to sort out everything. Huge thank you to Richard for his outstanding customer service!

Then 11 business days later I braced myself for the possibility that my hopes might come crashing down when I retrieved my parcel from the post office - I had a feeling like this was really all too good to be true and that these aligners would surely be super uncomfortable and not even fit properly…I am very happy to report that I am now on day 3 of my first set of aligners and from the moment I put them in my mouth I breathed a big sigh of relief to feel and see the perfect fit and how invisible they actually are. No pain at all, a bit of discomfort while my teeth start to move (mostly in the mornings) which you expect as it wouldn’t be doing anything if you didn’t feel something. I don’t have a lisp (had a massive one with Invisalign) which was another huge relief - they also sent a free whitening kit which is a professional at home kit and desensitising pen (perfect for my sensitive teeth).

I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far and it just goes to show that sometimes things really aren’t too good to be true…they might be just what you had hoped and prayed for which I can say with 100% honesty that Smart Smile Co are.

Highly recommend anyone who keeps putting off their perfect straight smile dreams to look into this company and give it a go. I can’t believe I let it go so long before doing something but am so glad that I found out about these guys and put my trust in them. Everyone deserves to feel good about their smile because a smile represents a moment when you’re feeling your happiest - I’m so grateful to Smart Smile Co for offering a fantastic product at an affordable price for every day Aussies especially in this cost of living crisis and price gouging period we are currently in! I told myself last week that if by some miracle the aligners were what I was hoping for that I would show my appreciation by leaving a big detailed review as I relied on people’s reviews when I made my decision so I really want to speak to the person who is skeptical and say believe me, you won’t regret it and you will only wish you got started sooner!

I'm genuinely impressed with the process and result. I bought an impression kit and was treated remotely which took about 6 months. I am very happy with the results. I am currently wearing the retainer at night time. I found them responsive to any of my queries.

bad service

It’s been almost two months since I sent back my impressions - at first the team was really responsive. However, I still haven’t received a management plan or responses to emails, phone calls or WhatsApp messages enquiring how long it’s going to take. Given how much these cost, the lack of communication is really concerning. I’m on a tight timeframe, so the delay has been very frustrating and caused quite a lot of worry. I also found the impressions process really uncomfortable. If the communication was improved and the management plan process didn’t take so long it would be a great service but it’s certainly not been worth it so far. Definitely think twice!

I went into this apprehensive. However every question I had was met with professionalism. I received a realistic goal which I was happy with. During my process I had questions which were answered promptly (within hours). I finished my aligners in November and 4 months later with the retainers at night I’m super happy with the results. I 100% recommend!

Customer service was incredible! They helped me with all my concerns and were able to assist me repeatedly even before the start of the treatment. Totally recommend!

Smart smile were great, would defo recommend - I had a bad previous experience with wondersmile, but smart smile were helpful, friendly and helped me with a treatment plan, so happy with the result, cheers guys

I thought I would try Smart Smile after getting a $8000 quote off my dentist. I used the home impression kit. It was a little difficult to take the impressions at first. The customer service guys gave me some pointers and it was okay after that.

The aligners were super comfortable after a little getting used to and the treatment only took 5 months for the upper and 8 for the lower.

I would recommend these guys and super happy with the result.

I had a pretty good experience from start to finish. My teeth were only a bit crooked after getting braces 15 years ago. Good customer service, the aligners were comfortable and arrived reasonably quickly. Happy with the final result. Would recommend to others.

Early days so far into treatment but the customer service and general experience so far has been great. Really happy with the quality and fairly confident the result will be a good one.

I was not 100% satisfied with the result so they sent couple of more aligners free of cost to take it further.

I've been very impressed with SmartSmileCo's customer service. Opting for an aligner without talking to a dentist was daunting but SmartSmileCo has been super responsive and patient in answering all my questions, which was helpful and reassuring. The aligners fit nicely and have not caused any discomfort, as opposed to the traditional braces which I had years ago. I only had a small crowding issue and SmartSmileCo has helped me sort it out within the space of 12 weeks, really happy with the result!

I was impressed by the customer service. The team was always available to answer my questions and support me through my straightening. I got an Impression Kit online and used their YouTube clips to assist me getting an impression. The portal was handy to track my movements over time and view the 3D plan. It all went well and happy with my straight teeth.

Smart smile are the adults answer to braces! The aligners have been amazing for straightening my teeth. Smart Smile took away the Dentist woes like the cost, the pain, and the time associated with getting your teeth straightened. Smart smile changed my life. I no longer shy away from cameras and I don’t have a crowded feeling in my mouth. I’ll be seeing them about my teeth whitening kit I keep hearing about.

I was surprised at how easy it was to get this treatment, I followed the instructions and got my plan through very quickly. I liked what I saw and my aligners came very soon after. Took a little getting used to and I’m only half way through my aligners but the changes are great, I can’t wait to finish. My dentist wanted so much money for big metal braces, these are pretty much invisible and cost way less. A big thanks to the team at smartsmile who helped me when I lost a set, and for helping me get my teeth right after years of being paranoid about my teeth.
