Good service and delivery

Good service and delivery from the company but bought this as a keepsake for my wife after losing our little dog who looked just like Ralph and his nickname was sausage when checking if in stock I clicked on the toy with a red jumper on (Hello sausage) on using other websites this action would order the one clicked however when it arrived it wasn’t the red jumper one at all bit disappointed that’s why I have only given 3 stars.

Great customer service.

Item arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it arrived damaged by no fault of the company but I contacted them and they were able to send a replacement! Thank you ♡

Highly recommend

Brilliant product at great prices and excellent commitment to delivery timelines ! I brought 12 Air Hover Floating Football With Lights for 4 year old kids and they loved it !!

Value for money

Value for money, but i have reviewed this already. Stating that 2 gonks had no beards.

That's what make gonks the beards.

No contact from the company.

I never received my parcel

I never received my parcel. Royal Mail told me they’d lost it and for me to contact yous for a refund. All I want is the order replaced and not a refund and no one is getting back in touch with me.
