If I could give it a 0 I would. Low life company from India. Took 100 from a 165.00 giftcard. Paid me 0. Don't try them they are the worst. They don't answer you back. I contacted BBB. THIS company will pay my legal fees.

I was given an offer of 70% that I accepted then for them to take my money off my card. They emailed me back saying I had a 0 balance that’s why I didn’t receive a payment.

Have been buying from them for years and if there was ever an issue, which I don't recall at this point, it does not stand out as I contiune to buy. Just bought almost $2,000 of cards this morning alone. Don't understand when someone buys a card and it clearly encourages you to use it within 60 days and someone does not they should be mad at themselves not point the finger at someone else. When it was bought you should know the rules and agree to them.

Purchased Christmas gift of $100 in gift cards and was given electronic code that cannot be used at physical store nor on app or online. Followed up with them in March when it was obvious there is no avenue to use the code and they responded with “ We regret to inform you that since this order is beyond the 60 day return policy as listed on the terms on our website, we are unable to assist your issue with this purchase.

Purchased cards as a gift. First, before they would send the cards they called me and tried to get lots of personal information like birthdate and last 4 of SS. I refused and said they could send me the cards or I'd file a charge back with my credit card. They eventually send what were supposed to be the gift cards.

When the recipient tried to use them they had zero balance on them. Giftcard Outlets told me I'm out of luck. Gift cards aren't supposed to expire, but if you buy them here don't count on your money being on the gift card when you try to use it.

This is the shadiest website i cannot believe they’re actually allowed to operate. I have contacted them almost everyday for the past week and have been told each time the payout will be processed by end of day. That was last Tuesday. I called and documented all my conversations via email and still have not received the payout. I have not been give a firm update on my order. As of today they told me today it would be processed. Still nothing.

They sold my gift card out from under me to someone else in Idaho & never paid me! SCAM DO NOT SELL THEM GIFT CARDS. What they do is steal the gift cards from people that enter them & then sell them off making a profit from STEALING!

We bought $100 worth of AMC gift cards with Gift Card Spread, have not use them, went to AMC today and the gift cards say closed account. They have screwed over their past customers and have reopened as giftcardoutlets.com now with no chance of getting your money back. Be careful. I don't trust them at all!

This company acquires your financial information under the guise of selling gift cards and then cancels the order claiming security concerns.
Order BO-3807982101 was placed 12/27/23. The next day I received the following email:
"We would like to inform you that this order was cancelled by our automated system because it did not pass through the security review. ... You can place the order again but just make sure that you have updated the correct name and complete address on the account."
The address and the name are exactly as they appear on my credit card statement. I've been using this card for years. Now I have to change the account number because these fraudsters have it.

I did all I was supposed to do sold them my gift card waited 10 business days called because I got nothing no balance on card they said they'll pay Friday but when I looked at my order it's not approved anymore there must be a way to stop this company

Just purchased $2250 in home depot gift cards for $2170 on Saturday. They called me on Monday and I just had to verify it on three way call with my bank. Codes were delivered on the site minutes later, and order was placed on Homedepot.com

great service i ordered a gift card got it within 20 mins off placing it post a sweet representative that called me i have no issues whatsoever. These reviews seem to be misleading....

Reading comments says a lot. They buy gift cards they don’t pay for and sell them. Of course the buyer is happy. They sold us stolen gift card. I’m not giving them my gift card. All the buyers are happy caz gift cards were sent but every seller wasn’t paid. Wow

I ordered an Advance Auto Parts discounted gift card. It was declined because there was a problem with my personal information. I saw the negative reviews and said, "Here we go!", expecting a runaround, but I promptly got an email stating the problem, and how to fix it. I went in and added my zip code, then repurchased the card. It went through without an issue, I got a confirmation phone call, and then got the code emailed to me within minutes. I went to Advance Auto website and made my purchase, again without an issue. Will definitely be using again!

I have also been scammed. I submitted three e-gift cards totaling $150. I am still trying to get paid for them. They've been responsive via email, but they keep telling me my request has been forwarded to the "concerned department" and that the "concerned department" will get back to me or otherwise I can call their customer service number. That phone number goes to that Mark Cullen guy's voicemail every single time. My gift cards are for a restaurant that's about 200 miles away from me, so I'm even trying to plan a day trip to the restaurant and use the gift cards myself before these scammers can steal from me. It's such a shame and disgusting that these people have gotten away with this. I WISH I had thought to check reviews before I submitted my codes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They will steal your gift cards from you.

Totally worth it..... I would suggest everyone that they are the best and also I got what I paid for...

so i bought a 450$ advance auto giftcard for 365$

i had to call them and make sure it was confirmed to actually process

they processed it almost immediately

they said new customers they have to confirm identities

i did spend the card immediately and used 4% cashback on capital one cell phone app (1% on PC)

and a 15% coupon code off the advance auto website itself

so i got a really great price

The operator was excellent and honest gave projected payment time and payment arrived to paypal when promised

Giftcardoutlets.com scammed me. I submitted 6 eGift codes to sell and I never was paid for them but yet my eGift codes balance is zero as they obviously redeemed my codes and never intended to pay me. There's tons of complaints on the BBB website against this fraudulent company. I absolutely despise companies that steal from their customers. They will eventually get caught and prosecuted.
