The platform is easy to use but it is hard to get a hold of the Customer Service team, it can get frustrating.

I was issued a gift card from my company, but when I went to use it for the first time, it had a $0 balance. I reached out to support via email, and after two responses requesting additional information (which I provided), Support stopped replying to any of my emails. The issue is still not resolved, and there is no other way to get in touch with the company besides emails, which they are ignoring.

Paid for the gift to be sent to India but it was never delivered. Messaged through site using email and the chat and the only response i got (via email, chat never even responded) was that i wasn't using the right email address and they were closing the ticket without further input from me. I continued to contact them but to no avail. They just stole $62 bucks from me and I've had to challenge it through the bank.

I tried to send New Year gift using gifted.co.
But after payment and successfully completed wizard it applied status "canceled" and did not send any emails with gifts. Support don't answears, not in chat(after first ask chat bot turned to disabled state) not via email, not at LinkedIn inmail.

They are simply did stole $200 and gathered some personal data.
