This should actually be zero stars. Take your money tell you item on way. Never arrives. You contact them & they say can take up to 15 days to dispatch that’s after tell you already dispatched. No item sent. Total rip off

Bought what i thought was a bauble from here. It was just a piece of cheap plastic with a picture of a bauble stuck on it. Wasn't cheap either. Absolutely rubbish. Avoid this company.

Still waiting for my crystal ball and all they say is still work on it .

The product is absolutely nothing like what is shown on there adverts, it's a complete rip off, would never buy from this site again

If I could give zero I would. My mother ordered a gift for her grandsons wedding she ordered it in August but it's never turned up however this company claim it was delivered even though they have supplied no proof of delivery. Disgusting service.

stickers are all that’s on the glass,
They are already coming off,,and the glass hasn’t been used,, £25 terrible
It’s nothing more than a very cheap supermarket discount glass,
But please be warned, it’s nothing like the pictures shown,🤬terrible quality

It's been nearly a month received nothing yet ordered three memorial plaques with the pictures on nothing happening on the tracking email they sent me .

The gift received was absolute rubbish and nothing like the image pictured on their website. They are not forthcoming with refunds. Wish I too had read the reviews, lesson learned. No more responding to Facebook ads.

I purchased the cauldron mug after an add on facebook. It is absolutely rubbish. The witches sticker looks like its been stuck on by a kid, you need a magnifying glass to read the name on the mug. They are much cheaper on Amazon than the £19.99 plus postage I paid.

I would give 0 stars if i could. I orderd a pocket hug from here months ago.
It was for a memorial for my daughter who tragically lost her Dad age 2 and has no memory or him at all. So i had a photo of her and her Dad, my husband, when she was a baby.
The message i put on the order, well the first letter was missed off by them and the print was cloudy and missed off the Y it was not good at all.
They said i had to pay for it returning and it would take months and old me to give it away 😳😳😡
Who would want it? anyway ,and what a disgusting thing to say. It is a special memory for my daughter. SHAME on you,Its disgusting the way you have treat me.

Absolute rubbish. Waited a month for this, when it arrived it was just a basic tumbler with a transfer placed on it, not even centred properly. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money

Why is this company still going its the worst company we have ever used.
My husband ordered me something for our wedding anniversary just something cute ( Not)
It came with the wrong names on it.
He's tried getting in touch with them to ask for his money back but heard nothing
Rubbish do not order from this so call company

You send emails saying what I've git in the basket is entitled to 10%discount and when you go to order it says can't use discount on this product which is false advertising so I won't be using your company as you lie from the start and by reading comments you've done me a favour can't trust a company that lies just to let you down

Ordered two of the same products for my partners birthday, as the photos looked good on the advert. The parcel took over a month to arrive, with the tracking information not being updated at all from the date of purchase.
Upon receipt of items we found they had sent one item which matched what I had ordered, and the second item was someone else's order.
Emailed customer support, week later finally got a reply and sent them all the information they requested including photos of the packaging and products. They've not replied to any emails since, not refunded me for the incorrect one or even sent a replacement, nor a simple apology.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THESE CON ARTISTS..!!!

I never received my mug that I ordered over a month ago or even an explanation on where it is ,not even an email about a refund NOTHING!!!! Do not order from Giftfulo as its a complete SCAM!!!!!

Still waiting on my refund as I did not receive my goods.
Payment was was made on the 30th June 2025, you can imagine how I feel.

Ordered 3 witches mugs the witches and name are a poor quality sticker which will probably come off in the first wash took about 3 weeks to arrive from China!

Ordered an item that looked good in picture, key ring with a bit of substance to it.
Arrived as a thin bit of plastic and a piece of string. Complete waist of money.

Cheap and nasty keyring, felt totally ripped off. Disgusting quality. Beware of this company..
