Would not recommend. Ornament looked marble made but it arrived made out of cheap Lazer cut plastic.
Double check what your ordering.

Do not buy. Cheap flat piece of plastic. Also - they do not put your review on their website, so no-one knows how awful these things are.

What went wrong is they have sent the 2 items to the wrong address, emailed them multiple times just to be completely ignored, they need to be reported to trading standards and closed down

Awful - they sent me the wrong item (was a personalised T-shirt which came with the wrong names on it). After several emails they agreed to refund the money (originally saying I would only get 50% back), but then said I had to pay for the return of the wrong item and wouldn’t be reimbursed for this. Do not use them!

Total rubbish, looked lovely and shiny in the picture, totally flat, picture showed curves etc. Dull. Don't waste your money.

Item received looked nothing like picture on website.
Customer Services said my fault as item description explains all, not that it looks completely different than advertised.
Going in the bin, won't embarrass myself by giving as a present.
Can understand why so many other negative reviews.

Strongly advise against ordering from this company. Here’s why:

1. Unreliable delivery: Expect long delays with no clear communication on delivery timelines.
2. Damaged goods: My item arrived broken, and when I contacted support, they offered only a 10% refund.
3. Poor quality & customer experience: The product quality was disappointing—even aside from the damage. The entire experience felt borderline fraudulent.

Ordered a ball light with a picture of my dog in it.
When plugged in you can see it is my dog, but with a big black mark going across its face. Waste of money.

Absolutely rubbish this company. I got a notification that my item was delivered at 5am this morning and surprise surprise there was nothing. Have emailed them my disgust and no reply which isn't a surprise really. Total scam artists.

Biggest load of rubbish ever! Looks nothing like picture on the site. Won't embarrass myself by giving it as the gift it was intended for. Complained and they couldnt give a dam! £27 down the drain! Dont waste your money buying anything off this site!!! Its pure tat! Total scam!

There email address is fake just bounces back!

I ordered and paid for item on 24/5/20025. Order 25143035902348
Still not received it . Correspondence has been minimal they only emailed me after I involved PayPal. As previous review I have been told to be patient
