Would put -5 if i could, what they advertise and what is sent are 2 totally different things. I am disgusted with time it took to get to me from order 28 days and then to receive a pathetic piece of plywood not a solid 3D which was what I ordered.

I purchased the girl reading a book as they advertised a porcelain figurine and received a compressed cardboard cutout instead. They fooled me and I am writing this hoping you don’t get fooled. They do not refund your money as promised. Never buy from giftgoart

The description of this plaque is false advertising . It isn’t made of solid wood . It came in the form of thin plastic with a stand and was very small . I reached out to them about my dissatisfaction and all they said was sorry .

I typically do not order from China, but I did on this piece because it’s custom. The pictures they showed were three-dimensional where they would sit on a table and you could hold it. What I got was a thin piece of fiber board with printing on it. I contacted the company. They said that they did everything right do not buy from this company.

Purchased the girl reading plaque.
Its nothing like the three dimensional photo in the ad. Its about 1/8" thick.
Not worth more than a couple dollars.

False advertising!! Don't buy from them, it is nothing more than preprinted pressed cardboard. When contacted the day it arrived, they apologized and offered a $15 gift card (the item received was $57). They falsely claim to be a USA based company, yet my order arrived from China. Do not waste your money.

I ordered what I thought was wood craftsmanship , what I got was a thin piece of pressed wood with a picture on it . It came with a skinny little stand. It was Shipped in a envelope its about 1/8 of an inch thick. Nothing at all like their pictures. The pictures shows a woman holding it with two hands, you can not hold it like that at all it would just fall over. This is a total scam , please don’t waste your money. They say they will give you a refund within 30 days of ordering it but it took 45 days to get it. So they offered me a 15.00 gift card to their store. Like I would ever order something from them again.

The picture of the item and the actual item was nothing alike. I paid over 58. 00 for a piece of cardboard. Please stay away from this company. They are not honest.

Products are flat 2D pictures on fiberboard. Displays are 3D. Products received are not what are displayed. The differences are in fact explained although disguised in the description. Make no mistake, what you receive is a Flat piece of fiberboard with a picture on it with a stand to mount it on
