Found this site quite hard work to buy for someone in Australia. Payment wasnât straightforward also only got some points not all points that were suggested when buying. Customer service were quite good at responding to issues though.

I ordered a Deliveroo voucher to give to my daughter so she could order food without needing access to my account. However, I never received the gift card. I contacted the support team and was asked to provide a 4-digit code from my bank statement. Since then, I've heard nothing backâno response, no follow-up, and still no gift card. I'll now be following up with my bank. Honestly, Iâd recommend avoiding this service. Itâs neither fast nor supportive, and just not worth the hassle.

We take accusations like âscammedâ very seriously, and in this case the claim is simply untrue. Your order was processed less than 40 minutes after you provided the four-digit code, and the Deliveroo gift card was delivered to your email at 11:42am. It has since been accessed and redeemed.
Our support team also followed up with you but received no reply. While we understand the process may have felt inconvenient, itâs not accurate to state that no gift card was received or that support was lacking.

Gift cards were easy to buy and delivered quickly and seamlessly to email. My only negative comment is that the gift card expires after two years. In Canada, itâs law that gift cards never expire but this isnât the case with Giftoff which is a U.K. company.
