Outstanding customer service. I made an error with my initial order and received quick help that went above and beyond to help fix the problem. Has been a while since I’ve received such professional and thoughtful help. Highly recommend this company.

On my first time using Giff Off I had the message “403 Forbidden” displayed. Having just spend £500 I was somewhat concerned and immediately raised my issue through Customer Support. Within minutes I received a response and full resolution from Rusty. The reason was that I had used the site as a quest. Had I have setup an account, the error message wouldn’t have occurred. Excellent customer service.

I’ve ordered gift cards from Gift Off a few times now for family living far away, and it’s always been a smooth experience. The selection of brands is wonderful, and it’s nice to know I can send gifts quickly and easily. A great option for anyone looking for a thoughtful gift that’s easy to deliver.

I have been using Gift Off for many years for purchasing gift cards for family and friends. The whole process is quick and easy. It is very convenient to be able to use a single platform for purchasing gift cards from different companies and also from many different countries. On the few occasions that I have needed help or an explanation of something particular, their client assistance is human (not a bot) and capable of providing clear information without a bunch of unnecessary technical terminology.

The only thing that is occasionally a limitation, but not directly to do with Gift Off itself, is the process of redeeming and the conditions for using certain gift cards, which is determined by the individual retailer. For example, some cards can not be used online, so it is important to read the description of how to redeem the card before making your purchase.

But as long as one is aware of this and takes the time to inform oneself with the information that is always available on the site, I can only give Gift Off a big thumbs-up.

Easy to buy the gift card I needed. Super fast delivery. Highly recommended

Struggled to created account due to 403 site errors. When I finally managed to create an account and make an order it was then cancelled despite having completed with Applepay and Safekey.

There is no live chat and no phone number.

Very easy to use. I have bought 3 vouchers within 24 hours, 2 amazon, 1 deliveroo and all came through within minutes and worked without issue.

Customer support on a Sunday, then also on Bank Holiday!!
My query was related to an order that was over a year old. The response was quick and detailed which shed light on the issue enabling resolution.

I have been using Gift Off for various purchases since early 2019 and I have personally never had any issues. All of my cards have arrived pretty quickly and my transactions have gone through without any issues.

Website works, transactions work, if there is ever a problem there is someone to contact who fixes things. Have used Gift Off for years and can recommend their services.

The rating is pending but I bought a high value gift card and 7 hours later it has not arrived. I thought these services was supposed to be quick and easy? However it has now been resolved and im happy with the service!

Really impressed with Giftoff.com as I found there was plenty of choice when I was looking for a gift card present. All the better they accept Bitcoin/Crypto for some cards too. The payment was smooth and my gift card arrived promptly. Recommend this company if you're looking to buy Giftcards online!

Excellent service, lightning fast delivery of digital cards.

I've been using GiftOff to buy cards with BTC since 2017, and it's always been fantastic, in my experience. It takes about ten minutes to receive the card, but that's probably more to do with getting the confirmations on the blockchain. I haven't tried using a debit card or similar because I like having a way to spend BTC, but I'd have no concerns doing so. The design of the gifting emails has also recently improved quite a lot, so I sometimes just have the card sent straight to the recipient (someone leaving work, for example).

asking by mail,cause dont have live chat, since a month ago no solution for me. just got the email that ask me for waiting and waiting

PLEASE READ AT THE END: I had an unpleasant issue with a second order (# 6160067f8a55e: the first was a small test one that went through) of a voucher bought in BTC equivalent to some thousand eur of value. It has been 4 days that the dashboard shows it payed and the only answer from the customer service is "will let you know, we are having issues with the provider" which sounds scammy. I will update the review once this thing is sorted out.

UPDATE: The issue has been solved and I'm glad I was completely wrong probably due to a bit of anxiety related to the (for me) large amount of money involved. Will keep using your service. Problems happen, but it's how you fix that makes a provider reliable and giftoff has proved to be super efficient.
