Neck massager is hopeless
Neck massager is hopeless, not as described... tried to email the company who promises to respond in 24 hours... took 7 day and now emailing back and forth to get a so called return label... has been weeks now so they are clearly hoping I"ll just give up. Stay away from this company... no customer service and crap items just like most pop up companies that advertise through social media and no follow up when items don't work as advertised or cheaply maade

Disappointing experience with Gift Hub
I ordered one Little Velo bike from Gift Hub and was initially charged correctly for one bike. However, I was then charged for a second bike that I never ordered.
I have tried contacting Gift Hub to resolve the issue, but they donât answer their phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail. I have also contacted them by email to request a refund for the additional charge.
Iâm hoping this is simply a system error and that the matter will be resolved quickly, but it is concerning to be charged twice for an item I only ordered once, especially when it is difficult to contact the business.

I ordered this from the U.K for my sonâŠ
I ordered this from the U.K for my son in Australia. It arrived quickly and he is happy with it and says it will be useful around the house. The only thing that would make shopping with you better is having a wrapping option as I had to ask my daughter in law if she would do this for me.

Deborah, what a thoughtful gift to send across the world â thank you for trusting us with it. We're so pleased it reached your son quickly and that he's already finding a use for it.
And thank you for the gift wrapping suggestion. You're absolutely right, and you shouldn't have needed to ask your daughter-in-law to step in. It's something we've been considering and hearing it from you has moved it up the list. Really appreciate you taking the time to tell us.

Lovely treadmill
Lovely treadmill, nice and compact, doesn't take up too much space in the room so no need to fold it up.....can be accessible whenever I want to use it. Also has all the basic functions but does away with all the peripheral parts. It even has a slight slope (if you wanted to use it) for more effect. Arrived in a short amount of time and was easy to put order through. Thank you
