2 days ago I bought a giftmecrypto voucher for 192 euro (value 200 euro). The voucher did work but recuired KYC wich I was not comfortable with and giftmecrypto said they cancelled the order + voucher and told me to contact the distributor (giftsy in this case).
They responded with âwe can not refund the voucherâ but the voucher hasnât been used at all? They do not respond to my mails anymore and I would love for everyone to be aware of the lack of support from giftsy.
