Excellent quality wrapping paper. Fast dispatch. Website is really easy to use. I like that I can see a preview and that's exactly how it turns up. Sturdy postal tube and each roll is protected in tissue paper. Tracking with Royal Mail. Great service, I'll be back for Christmas.

Paid for premium service for my sons first birthday and they didn’t ship till 16:15 meaning it wouldn’t come next day and refusing to refund terrible service

Ordered this giftwrap paper for my Husband's birthday. I love the choice of designs and my hubby is a fan of game birds, Pheasants in particular.

The order arrived within 2 days, in a sturdy tube and the personalised gift wrap itself wrapped in tissue paper.

The paper is of excellent quality, producing nice corners on his gifts.

Will be using this company again.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I paid for the premium delivery service and did not receive my order on the specified date. They are very clever and create the label but do not despatch the item, the item is no good to me now and they won’t even refund my postage!

My items didn’t arrives as they were damaged in transit and returned to the sender.

They didn’t even attempt an apology for not fulfilling my order, just issued a refund, but only when I had to chase a late delivery!

Beware!!!
I still haven’t received refund so may need to escalate further.

Fantastic company. Easy and quick to order, the only company who had what I was looking for. Even better to be fully recyclable materials used. Sent next day and packaged protectively. Highly recommended and I will be back for more.

The wrapping paper was of excellent quality and the delivery time was only 1 day.
I also thought that delivering the paper in a tube was an extra bonus as I have previously bought paper from other suppliers that was folded, which in my opinion is not so nice.

I ordered a roll of personalised wrapping paper on Friday lunchtime and by lunchtime the following day it had been delivered to my address! Printed, dispatched and delivered in around 24hrs - fantastic service! The paper is excellent quality, was a good price and beautifully packaged too! I would definitely recommend! Thank you

I have ordered from Giftwrap on a few occasions and I can honestly say they do not disappoint! I have just ordered personalised Christmas wrap for my grandson and it came in a tube ( rolled not folded) and the best part was when I opened it, it was wrapped in beautiful red tissue paper! Excellent service. Ordered in the morning, got an email in the afternoon to say order was dispatched and it was delivered the following day.
Printing is lovely and on good quality paper. Wish I’d found this company earlier. Will definitely be using again and definitely recommend.

Fantastic! I love the Christmas luxury box I ordered for my child, to get a video and items that are so well crafted and personalised they truly add that bit of Christmas magic! Personal letter, nice list confirmation and you can make your own 8 minute long North Pole tour! I can’t wait to show the video and give the letter and goodies to my little girl; she will LOVE it!

OMG what great service.
