After an absolutely dreadful experience with Enterprise in Burnley (minus stars if such a thing were possible), I was prepared for the worst. At 55 years of age, and never having had an accident before, the whole process was rather daunting and confusing to say the least. Fortunately, in this case, things were refreshingly straightforward. The driver of the other vehicle admitted full liability and accepted he was at fault, which spared any unnecessary complications.

That same morning I first received a text message, followed promptly by a courteous telephone call from a gentleman who clearly introduced himself, the company he represented, and the nature of his business. From the outset, I felt reassured. He explained that he would be collecting my vehicle later that day, and the clarity of his approach immediately gave me confidence.

On arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a well presented and confident man whose manner was calm, professional, and approachable. There was no arrogance or pressure, just straightforward communication. He took the time to explain the procedure clearly, listened attentively to my concerns, offered practical advice, and provided reassurance. His conduct projected competence and gave me faith that the process would be handled smoothly and in a timely fashion.

True to his word, the work was completed within the promised timeframe. When my vehicle was returned, the handover was thorough and professional. The repairs had been carried out to a high standard, and I was pleased to see that Gillibrand had gone further than I expected. The car had been washed, polished, and valeted. It looked far better than when it had left me, and the quality of the workmanship was evident.

Communication throughout was excellent. I was kept fully informed at each stage and never once left in the dark or worrying about what might happen next. That reliability and consistency made a stressful situation far easier to manage.

In summary, my experience with Gillibrand has been excellent from beginning to end. The level of customer service and professionalism shown should serve as a benchmark for others in the industry. What could have been a drawn out and anxious process was instead handled with care, clarity, and efficiency.

I have no hesitation in recommending them, and I would rate the experience a full 5 out of 5.

Non fault accident, my car had two dented and scratched doors, they had my car over a month and when returned it still has dents and the paintwork is extremely poor, full of orange peel and dust under the paint and still has a dent, called to sort it spoke to a very very rude fella who said he was the director, really poor attitude tried blaming me ! Car still a mess and wish I’d have gone elsewhere One too avoid

This company came recommended by BMW and wouldnt trust them with a toy car!
6 series Cabriolet- Ruined my car, 10months waiting for wing from Germany, left in open weather, they couldnt re-assemble the front bumper and lights - its like a child has put parts back on gapping is wrong and director thinks nothing is wrong? The car wasnt accepted back as full of fungus spores, Rejected 05/07/2025 at 11:35am-so they dumped it back on road outside my house at 15:07pm - thrust keys into my partners hand and left - said it was finished and its staying where it is!, no tax, no insurance, damaged offside alloy, damaged roof compartment space and two inspections from detailers one says he wouldnt take the job, and another wants £7,000 to repair it so it can be driven, will see what magistrate has to say, beware this company is a joke!

Great service and car restored to as new condition. Front wing and bumper replaced and resprayed. Polished and valeted as well.

Van came back after repair very happy with results had it repaired before at garage in Oldham wasn't happy so was dreading it but I'm very happy with gillibrand garage would use again and would highly recommend friendly efficient company

The folks at Gillibrands are the best in the business. Did a pristine repair on my Volvo, super easy to deal with and made everything hassle free. They managed all the liaison with insurers and courtesy car provider, kept me updated on progress with the work and the car was ready bang on the promised delivery date. Can't fault these guys, don't go anywhere else!

They're a Tesla approved body shop and my car looks brand new after a no fault bump from another driver.

Had my wife's Juke repaired in March, all parts pre-ordered. No fuss, they just got on with the job and we were kept up to date throughout the repair. My wife was very happy :)

Excellent service. We came in asking for a quote for some damage on bumper and side panel. The guys took a look and managed to pop the panel back out f.o.c for us. They were super honest and explained it would be cheaper for us to go direct to Kia for the bumper. Overall great experience with amazing super friendly staff 👍
