My package got lost during delivery
My package got lost during delivery, so I contacted DHL and Gimaguas. Gimaguas sent me a new package with all the items I had ordered, which I really appreciated.

Warnung vor Gimaguas
Hier handelt es sich in meinen Augen um ein betrÃŒgerisches Unternehmen. Ich habe ein nagelneues Produkt zurÃŒckgeschickt, weil es nicht passte. Einen solch komplizierten RÃŒcksendeprozess habe ich noch nie erlebt. Am Ende wurde mir die Erstattung des Preises verweigert. Eine BegrÃŒndung gab es leider dafÃŒr nicht. Ich werde hier nie mehr etwas bestellen und kann nur jedem davon abraten, bei Gimaguas zu bestellen.

Overpriced
Gimaguas stocks their clothing on sites like Ssense that sell designer clothes at mid to high prices, you'd think their products at least half-way meet reasonable expectations considering this, but they do not. I have brought a skirt (about 190AUD) and pants (about 250AUD) from this brand, both on Ssense. Keep in mind those prices are around 30-50% discounts. The skirt is 100% synthetic materials, thin with a horrendous stitching job at the hem, a flimsy belt with an equally flimsy buckle. The pants are 100% cotton jeans with NO POCKETS (I'm still shocked, jeans with zero pockets???), unlike normal jeans they are not opaque, so you have to wear nude underwear. They're the thinnest jeans I've encountered and like the skirt, have a flimsy belt. I'm still gonna wear the jeans, but they are absolutely not worth $250 AUD. Will never give this brand a third chance. Gimaguas is ridiculously overpriced for the fast-fashion quality they deliver.

I had a great experience with Gimaguasâ customer service. I placed an order for in-store pickup and received the confirmation email, but since a previous order of mine had been ready the next day, I decided to call and check on the status.
The representative was incredibly kind and proactive. While we were still on the phone, she contacted the store to ask about my order. Shortly after we hung up, I received an email explaining that the package had not yet arrived at the store, so she had also contacted the warehouse and told me she would keep me updated.
After the weekend, without me needing to follow up again, I received another email with an update and was informed that I could expect my order to arrive in-store shortly. Soon after, I received the pick up confirmation.
Nowadays itâs really rare to find such a committed customer service that truly follows up and doesnât forget about your order. This wasnât my first time ordering from Gimaguas, and I will definitely continue ordering from them.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. I never thought to look for reviews about this brand because Iâve order their products on third party sites before and have loved them, but I advise not to buy from their direct website. Iâve been waiting for my preorder to be dispatched for 2 weeks. My preorder hasnât been prioritised and they are ignoring my emails and messages after contacting serval times. The customer service is non existent. Who knows if theyâll ever answer me or I receive my item. Iâm worried that theyâve taken my money and won't respond.

Went in spontaneously with my friend. My friend was trying on a few things and was motivated to purchase a couple of pieces. I was also trying on a sweater and took a pair of pants off the rack, however the sales person got upset and demanded that I do not take clothes off the hanger. I immediately left it and the sweater I had tried on as I didnât enter the store to be reprimanded. Needless to say it was an unpleasant experience to say the least.
Awful
Awful, awful, awful and avoid at all costs. Poor customer service and a lack of urgency when people are paying loads of money investing in their pieces. I canât stress this enough but do not take the low reviews lightly. If you want to be waiting weeks for a response on your order, then go for it but honestly not worth it at all.
Very bad quality clothing and customer service
I admired this store for years because their clothes seemed so cute, but when I finally felt financially comfortable enough to make an order, I was so disappointed. I bought a $210 pair of linen pants which started coming apart at the seams the first time I wore them. They were also sheer. I have $30 linen pants that have held up really well for years. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to upload photos to a 3rd party service who rejected my request because the garment was âusedâ. I reached back out to customer service, but they refused to do anything. The pants truly look awful. I wanted to support a small designer, but it was a huge waste of time and money.

He tenido un problema con el sistema que Gimaguas tiene contratado para hacer Lis cambios y devoluciones. Tengo 70 años y hace demasiado tiempo que no me he encontrado con nadie tan eficaz, considerada y amable como Claudia B. Enhorabuena Gimaguas!! Mis hijas ya han comprado, creo que cinco cosas en Claudio Coello y si la atención es como ha sido la de Claudia, no me extraña!!ð¥ð¥ Saludos

Deeply disappointing experience â absolutely no customer support
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly deserves one.
I ordered a skirt from Gimaguas and accidentally selected the wrong size. Within minutes, I contacted their customer service, politely asking to either adjust the size or cancel the order so I could reorder correctly.
They refused â saying it was ânot possible,â even though the order had not been shipped. Later, when it was sent through DHL, I confirmed with DHL that the sender can indeed request a cancellation or recall. I informed Gimaguas again, but they still declined to take any action.
At that point, it became clear: there is no real customer service at Gimaguas.
Emails go unanswered for long periods, and when they do reply, they show no willingness to help or take responsibility.
This was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience, and I genuinely hope others read this before ordering.
A beautiful website means nothing if the brand fails its customers when it matters most.
Ordered, charged - nothing!
So 25 days ago I ordered an item from gimaguas, received a confirmation of the purchase, it also stated that it will be ready for shipment within the next 24-48 hours. The payment has been withdrawed, but I have NOT YET received this item. I have send messages to the only email address, that is available their help emails address TWICE but NEVER heard back. SCAM!

The size I ordered was suddenly sold out. Instead of cancelling my order they sent a size smaller. The return form states âif you received a wrong item you can keep it for 20% offâ instead of returning it. So this means it happens often?? Customer service only reacted after I filed a case with paypal customer protection. No help, no sorry from Customer service.
