Ich war anfangs wegen der vielen Bewertungen etwas verunsichert. Von den zwei bestellten Hosen kam eine leider nicht ganz einwandfrei bei mir an. Der Kundenservice hat jedoch super nett und schnell reagiert â ich bekomme sie kostenlos umgetauscht und erneut zugeschickt :)
Love the design, but..
Love the design, but my light nubuck Dry Bag stained heavily after one week of normal use and the case was closed without any solution. Just something to be aware of.
Disappointing Quality â Not Worth the Price
Iâve purchased around six items from Paloma Wool and, unfortunately, every single one has developed issues after a very short period of use. Buttons have fallen off, zippers have broken, and overall stitching has come undone far too quickly â in some cases, within just a few weeks. The quality of the fabrics, especially the knitwear, is underwhelming for the price point. The only pieces that have held up reasonably well are the T-shirts.
I really wanted to love this brand â the designs are beautiful and unique â but the execution simply doesn't match the aesthetics. Would love to see them invest more in craftsmanship and construction, because right now, itâs just not worth it.
My favourite spanish brand
I love the creativity and design behind each piece. While the fabrics may not always be of the highest quality, they are perfect for the style that it aims to achieve.
Customer service is generally responsive within 24 hours, and Iâve never had any issues with returns.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, do not abide by EU return laws, they have been around long enough to know the law. If you receive a badly fitting item from paloma, don't let their customer service scare you away, you are entitled to a refund.
Would not recommend
I personally wouldn't shop with the brand again. I have bought a number of items, but the quality does not match the price. Especially with a number of their Cupro designs which literally stretch out of shape just from wearing, even if you keep them stored tight. Also the brand does not adhere to EU return law, which is really just picking on young women who don't know the rules. The brand is big enough to know better, but not big enough to have the ego it has.
Poor quality and awful customer service
I bought the Alexia cupro trousers, and the fabric completely lost their cupro effect after a few wears. Now, they look like dull polyester pants, which is certainly not what I expected at PW's prices. I reached out to find a solution, and their customer service kept avoiding the issue that the quality of their items is appalling. In the end, they blamed me for the fact that their product looks terrible after about a month and a half, saying that they have not received other complaints regarding their cupro products, which is simply not true as per their poor rating on Trustpilot. They ended up refusing to replace the item or provide a refund. Such a disappointing experience. Do not buy from here.

Habe Stiefel gekauft und zurÃŒckgesendet, weil sie nicht gepasst haben und die QualitÀt wirklich minderwertig war. Es geht um ein Betrag von fast 400,ââ¬. Laut Sendungsnummer ist das Paket bei denen angekommen, sogar der Name wurde genannt, der es entgegengenommen hat.
Angeblich hÀtten die es aber nicht bekommen! Der Kundenservice von PW weicht meinen E-Mails immer aus!! HÀtte ich hier vorher die Rezensionen gelesen, dann ich da gar nicht erst gekauft.

Wouldnât bother ordering from this store. They havenât supplied the correct paperwork to DHL which has resulted in the item being held at customs. This means I now wonât receive it in time for leaving for Christmas. They donât offer any customer service on the weekends and during the week itâs a 3 hour window. Avoid
Ridiculous Price Poor Quality
Paloma Wool keeps price hiking their items as their audience grows. They're great at marketing that clean-girl-with-an-edge aesthetic. Unfortunately, the quality is rubbish. When you spend over £200 on a pair of trousers, you at least expect them to have a lining... Or to not be paper thin... Or to not pill and bobble after a single wash!!!
It's sad because I really like the designs they bring out and their silhouettes are more exciting than the average contemporary clothing brand. However, I fear a lot of their image is greenwashing plain and simple.
Even when recycled, polyester is polyester. It's non-biodegradable, non-breathable, and cheap as hell. Like another reviewer has stated, just because production is in Spain, doesn't mean it's ethical or good for the environment. See Zara.
TLDR: Price point doesn't reflect quality. Crap, thin fabric. Buy vintage.

Iâve tried buying from Paloma Wool twice because I love their designs so much. Both times, the quality has been awful. The material is always thin, the cut weird, no lining where they should be one, etc. Itâs so frustrating because the price is crazy but even H&M has better quality items.
Do not buy bags from them - they will fall apart fast
Upon arriving I was taken aback by the cheap quality so it totally ruined my excitement for the bag I was waitlisted for..I decided to keep it because I loved the design so much. The fasterner/buckle on the bag just broke off one day (less than a year old purchase and I havent used the bag that much). They use the cheapest buckles :(
I reached out to them explaining the situation and they sent me a new buckle but in order to fix that, I'd need to unsew/undo the bag straps, basically, its a very expensive repair that should be done by a professional. RIP my favorite bag. It was the bean style.
Thieft - parcel never delivered
First parcel ordered was fine. But the second time, Package was not delivered. I contacted them and contacted DHL, and they said it was delivered to someone (which is not me or my name). They did not refund the package so I just lost 160eur. I am gonna go to the police to report them

Two years, without a bag âðœð
I ordered a bag two years ago and a week later I see that I havenât received the bag, I contacted them and they told me that they had a shortage in stock and the bag wasnât available, they refunded my money and gave me a discount for shipping In my next purchase, a few days ago the bag was available again, in( Archive Sales) and I bought it again, this time I decided to write to them to be sure, (and guess what they canceled my order because the bag was not in stock), I wonder, if a company who already has a reputation, who dresses famous people and such, seriously couldnât please fix the problem you have with the stock and save us from these situations, I'm too disappointed, for second time. PEOPLE be careful because from what I see they try to sell more than they have in stock,
Misinformation from sales staff. Disappointing.
I received a jumper as a gift this Christmas but am not a fan of the print. Tags still attached and original packaging intact. I emailed the company who helped to find the original transaction number - and said that I could return the jumper and they would refund me shipping on the jumper that I really wanted (as I was hoping to do an exchange). When I confirmed that this sounded good to me - the person messaged back stating that it had been two months since the original purchase and that they couldnât follow through with the transaction.. despite the fact that they would have seen the original transaction date before offering me the option to return. Really disappointed with this as the item is still in stock online, it was communicated to me that I could return the jumper and the initial email was only sent early January. I would have expected the return window for Christmas gifts to be longer than this. Iâve been a long time customer of Paloma Wool and their pop-ups in London - so feel really let down by this. Please assist.
Terrible experience
After purchasing a bag online, I didnât hear anything from them. I wrote them and they apologize saying there were a miss communication with the courrier and the package got lost. The bag is not in stock anymore so they said they would refund and offer me the shipping (which is only 6 euros) for free. Extremely disappointed.
