Geoff & Jo organised the most perfect holiday for us. It was everything we asked for and more. A seamless, comfortable transfer from Calgary to Banff, the perfect hotel to base ourselves in Banff for a brilliant 5 days, then our trip on The Rocky Mountaineer to Vancouver which was superb. We have used Geoff and Jo on a number of occassions for short breaks to bucket list holidays and their attention to detail is second to none, as is their supply of documents, tickets and information and being on hand for hiccups ( of which we have never had!). We look forward to booking our next adventure with them.

Thank you Geoff and Jo, for organising my recent trip to Pompeii. It was so interesting and covered an amazing area in Pompeii, Naples and Herculaneum, plus Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The tour guide was great, and the various guides who took us around the sites, were so knowledgeable. I was glad to be able to fly from Bristol, rather than go to Heathrow, far easier, especially coming home! Thanks for your help and suggestions, and I'm now thinking about what to do next.

Geoff & Jo provided a very personal service combined with patience with our initial vagueness & indecision. Once we had settled on a plan the focus was always on quality and value for money. The app supporting the holiday was an additional bonus but we knew, if needed, they’d only be a call away. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service! Geoff & Jo provided planning advice for a 4-city trip to Italy, before booking accommodation, airport transfers and rail travel for us between the cities. The hotels booked in each city were excellent, with different, individual qualities that significantly enhanced our stay. Travel documentation was provided using the Trip Plans App, making access to travel and accommodation documents extremely simple and convenient. We highly recommend Ginge Tours for travellers, the support, advice and service provided to us was fantastic. Thanks Geoff & Jo. We'll be in touch about our next trip! Graham & Rachel

Geoff and Jo provide an excellent service from start to finish. They gave advice, obtained our holiday at a great price and kept in touch throughout. They were available for questions and even checked that everything had gone to plan when we arrived. I have recommended Ginge Tours and Travel to friends and will continue to do so!

Terrific time at Lake Maggiore, great hotel and beautiful scenery. Struggled with the food a little as the menu didn't change for the 10 day trip but the staff were so good they allowed us to choose from the different lunch time menu which expanded the choice.
Negotiated a room upgrade at no cost and the room was super with views over the nearby town of Pallanza plus the lake. Faultless.
Mendip Travel did a good job pulling the trip together. Private chauffeur service was impeccable.
Not sure I want to fly from Bristol airport again, there were thousands of people flying out , very , very busy and loads of building work going on expanding the facilities, almost too much for the airport to cope with.
Mendip Travel gave us Fast Track security and that helped enormously. Unfortunately the Exec Lounge access was fruitless, both Lounges full and a queue outside waiting for places. Too busy by far .

THANK YOU both for booking our holiday, it was so good we both enjoyed the break. We could refer to your itinerary that you created for us and you produced all the paperwork that was needed. The booing process could not have been easier.

My wife and I were going on a cruise from Ravenna, Italy with Norwegian Cruise Lines I'd booked with Geoff. We were flying with KLM from Manchester to Amsterdam change to Bologna flight then transfer with NCL transport to hotel in Ravenna. Unfortunately the young man at Mcr. Airport gave us a ticket for a flight more than 4 hrs later from Amsterdam. He didn't tell anyone which meant the NCL Rep who was supposed to pick us up at Bologna had attended the earlier flight and had us as a NO SHOW. When we arrived both myself and the Information Desk tried contacting the transport that was supposed to greet us with no success. In desperation I rang Geoff and told him what had occurred. Within 10 minutes he had gotten to the bottom of it and told me to get a Taxi 90 kilometres to the Hotel and retain my receipt, which I did. without his assistance, on a Saturday afternoon, I don't know what I'd have done. The rest of the trip went flawlessly as usual.

The only agent we will use!
The service that Geoff and Jo provide is second to none, they without fail find the perfect hotels / flights / locations to make the most of your time and holiday.
The app is great, keeps everything in one place and their communication is prompt and reliable.
If you are looking for the personal touch for your next holiday definitely speak to Ginge Tours.

Geoff made the whole process painless. He got us the best price and all the follow up communications were excellent. We have used Geoff several times for different types of holidays - a cruise, short European break and summer holiday. We are already planning next years and will 100% be using Geoff and Jo.

Jo and Geoff put together a wonderful package for a special retirement holiday to Singapore and Bali for me and my family. Incredibly easy to work with, great communication throughout and very good value. Absolutely no hesitation in using them again and highly recommended. Thank you.

Thanks for arranging our holiday we had a fantastic time. Excellent organisation and communications 👍. Highly recommend

Just got back from 2 weeks in Marrakesh, Medina gardens.
Fabulous hotel and no complaints.
Contacted Ginge tours who got a fantastic price, much cheaper than brochure. Everything was sorted with no dramas or fuss and any queries answered very quickly.
I have used ginge tours for my last 3 holidays and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Good recommendations and helpful suggestions when planning. Lovely to be able to relax and enjoy our holiday, knowing that all the details had been attended to in such a professional and friendly way.

Just got home after a truly memorable one-week trip to Rhodes with my two children (10 & 12). Geoff and Jo have been amazing throughout the whole process; from helping me secure the perfect Tui package to giving me last minute tips and help when needed. Will 100% be using them again!

Jo and Geoff took our dream and shaped it into reality. Very competitively priced, enabled us to stay well within budget. Guided us along the way, ensuring we had everything sorted. Took the stress out of preparing for our trip of a lifetime so we could relax and enjoy our time away. Thoroughly recommend for ease, convenience and value.

Geoff and Joanne provided one to one personal tailored help and expertise when planning and booking our holiday. They are both friendly and professional. We had a multiple flight, multi location, plane, boats and car holiday which worked seamlessly and was competitively priced too. Peerless.

This is the second time that I have used Ginge Tours and this time it was for a big holiday. We booked this holiday to celebrate my Step Daughter completing her GCSE's and also part honeymoon for my wife and I.

From the initial booking Geoff established exactly what we wanted and what would and wouldn't work thereby maximising our travel time.

Each location chosen was amazing and the standard of accommodation in keeping with our request - There was a slight hick up, not of Geoff's doing, and a quick message to him had it all sorted very quickly, he even followed up to make sure everything was addressed.

We had an amazing time and the Jungle aspect of the holiday was absolutely amazing and my step daughter has memories that can never be taken away from her and we do likewise.

All in all Geoff and Jo arranged a holiday of a lifetime for us and the fact transport was waiting for us at each leg of our trip took the stress away - Something we hadn't considered but Geoff and Jo did.

A great personalised approach to what we wanted as a family to make our holiday just perfect! Geoff and Jo were super helpful from start to finish- we would recommend their services and have already done so with family and friends!

This is our 3rd cruise that Geoff and Jo have booked for us. The service they offer is second to none. From 1st point of contact through to returning home. We have been fully informed every step of the way either via Emails or their Trip Plan app, notifying us both times that our return flight had been delayed by a short time down to a welcome home email after our return.
The cruise was excellent as usual. Thank you to Geoff and Jo we will definitely be using you again.
