Ginge Tours Ltd / Mendip Travel レビュー

This is the second time we've used Ginge Tours to book our holiday and it will not be the last. Booking with Geoff and Jo makes everything feel very easy. Extra excursions were booked easily and were fantastic.

Great service again from Geoff and Jo. Arrangements all as planned, and regular updates were given on any changes. Again, good to have a contact point for any issues.

We had a great experience with Ginge Tours. Jo and Geoff dealt with our booking in a professional way and offered support throughout. The process was transparent and their communication with us was excellent. They also provided their contact details in case we needed it during the holiday. Real wrap around support! We will definitely use Ginge Tours in the future and we are recommending you to our friends. Thanks Jo and Geoff.

I asked Geoff to identify a trip to NewYork combining with Seattle over 12 days. I encountered a smooth and comprehensive booking experience with Geoff and wife Joanne available for any questions or issues. They saved me money and took the stress out of booking flights and hotel accommodation. Everything was in place when we were on holiday.
I wouldn’t hesitate in using Ginge Tours/ Mendip travel again and look forward to our next holiday. Thank you both.

We have just returned from a trip to mauritus where we celebrated my daughters wedding.. we had an amazing time.. thankyou Ginge Tours.. silky smooth experience. Flights, hotel and transfers first class.. and it was good to know Geoff and Jo were available to deal with any issues should the arise..which obviously they didn't !! Thankyou guys...

Just returned from a 5 day trip to New York. The whole trip was excellent. Great advice from Ginge tours meant we were in the heart of the city and able to gain the best from our time in NYC.
Thanks Geoff and Jo for another great trip.

Seamless booking experience. Both Joanne and Geoff were easy to get hold of in case of any issues - which was not required since we had a fabulous time.

Currently in the process of booking our next trip with Ginge Tours.

I cannot thank Geoff and Jo enough for organising an amazing family trip.
They are so knowledgable, friendly and professional - nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to answer any questions we might have.
I would highly recommend Ginge Tours and will definitely use them again

Great trip to Crete booked through Ginge tours. They managed to find us a cheaper price than the brochure so more money for duty free and drinks when in Crete.
Kept very well informed throughout the process and it was a painless experience from start to finish.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using Ginge tours for all future bookings.

We have recently retuned from 11 night cruise, stopping at 12 different port and 7 different countries and cannot thank Ginge Tours enough. We are a family of 10, covering three generations. They arranged for all our cabins with balconies to be on the same deck next to each other. All the ports we requested were accommodated and we got to go to some wonderful places and view places that we have only seen on TV. We cannot praise Ginge Tours enough and would highly recommend them.

My family and I have just returned from a fabulous MSC Cruise that was arranged and booked through Ginge Tours. From start to finish with advice and booking they were top rate and couldn’t do enough. Fully recommend them for your holiday needs. Thanks again Geoff and Jo.

I have just returned from Cyprus with my daughters and granddaughters from a holiday booked through Ginge Tours. They couldn't have made the process any easier, communication was exemplary. The wealth of information supplied on the holiday itinerary was invaluable. This was the first time I had booked through them, the price was spot on, I will be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Having considered joining the British & Irish Lions rugby tour to Australia 2025 we researched a number of options. However, upon speaking to Geoff and Jo we were sure we had found the right company to cater for all our needs.

We had specific requirements in multi locations for Geoff and Jo to consider. These contained travel for our family to join us in Australia from Japan. This caused no issue for Ginge Tours Ltd even when our Daughter in law announced that our second grandchild was due just before the tour. Geoff took this all in his stride with a fantastic holiday being the result.

We had stops in Perth WA, Melbourne Vic, and Sydney NSW. Each of the hotels were excellent in respect of location and ease of travel to and from and access to the tourist areas. When our family, which included a 4 year old and an 8 week old arrived in Melbourne the Atlantis Hotel was ideal for the young family, with a great room and as requested a cot. These small touches often get overlooked. We also requested Car Rental at both Perth and Melbourne and again the 'process' at the collection office was easy, the correct details were already in place and the appropriate vehicles ready for us.

The best was saved for last with the Park Royal Hotel in Darling Harbour. A spectacular hotel with matching facilities.

It is easy to say 'great holiday' but this needs a little explanation which I will now give. From the start of the booking process to our return home, Geoff and Jo have been available and willing to meet our demands/needs without fuss. I would suggest that it would be difficult to self book a trip such as ours by yourself with changes being required via the internet or a High Street agent.

Ginge Tours Ltd also provides an app which is available offline where all your flight, hotel, car rental and other vouchers are securely held. This was really easy to use and was updated regularly with flight details such as gate numbers, check in times and other useful information.

A great experience for our family and I would definitely use Ginge Tours Ltd again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Well done and Thank you Geoff and Jo

Tony Byrne and Family

I contacted Geoff and Jo late last year to help us organise our family holiday for this summer. My wife and I were quite specific on our budget and what we wanted out of the holiday as my son is autistic and it was going to be his first flight.

After a back and forth with Geoff I explained our issues re my son and he went away for a few days and came back to me and had hit every specification I asked for on the nose. Absolutely unbelievable. Also, saved us a huge amount of money compared to booking direct with easyjet.

We also spoke about the potential issues re my son and trying to make the experience as stress free as possible and they liaised with easyjet and got us all the help we needed.

I couldn't recommend Geoff and Jo any higher. They are fantastic and we're a huge help to me and my family.

We had an amazing family holiday!

Thank you!

Ginge Tours organised a fabulous family holiday for us in Corfu! The whole booking experience was very straightforward & everything made so simple on their app, which has all the holiday documents, vouchers, fast track etc. Geoff & Jo are very professional & friendly & listened to all our requests. We required 2 bungalows next to each other as we have 2 grandkids & they organised that. Thank you, we will be coming back to you & would highly recommend them.

Fantastic city break to Amsterdam organised by Geoff and Jo. Highly recommend Ginge Tours - very organised and excellent communication. Wouldn’t travel with any other travel company now. Thanks both

We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with an unforgettable adventure across Canada and Alaska, expertly arranged by Ginge Tours—and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Having not used a travel agent in years, we approached the process with a bit of apprehension. But from the moment we connected with Geoff and Jo, every worry melted away.

Personal Touch from the Start
Geoff immediately suggested a joint meeting with Canadian Affairs, and what a brilliant idea that turned out to be. It gave us the chance to openly discuss options, weigh pros and cons, and shape our dream itinerary together. By the end of that meeting, our route was mapped out—seamless, exciting, and tailored to our anniversary celebration.

Meticulous Planning, Smooth Execution
Geoff handled every detail with incredible precision: flights, hotels, private transfers, train journeys, cruise bookings—you name it. The entire plan was then uploaded to the My Trips app, making everything easy to access and review before and during our travels.

The Adventure of a Lifetime
From travelling through Canada to picking up our cruise in Vancouver and exploring Alaska’s rugged beauty, every part of our trip worked like clockwork. Even when we encountered a couple of minor hiccups (our own doing!), Geoff responded swiftly, efficiently, and with genuine care.

Professionalism at Its Best
The professionalism and attention to detail shown by Geoff and Jo truly made this a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. They turned what started as a cautious step back into travel planning into a remarkable experience we’ll treasure forever.

Thank you, Geoff, Jo and Ginge Tours, for helping us make such cherished memories. Here's to the next adventure—with you by our side, of course.

Ginge Tours arranged a fabulous holiday for us in Kefalonia. From booking the holiday to our return home we knew they were on hand if we needed any support. The app that they use which holds all the details of your holiday works really well. We would highly recommend them.

Everything was arranged to perfection, all details covered and explained, first class offering, thank you to Ginge Tours.
