Effective no-return policy
I ordered a floor lamp, which by the time it arrived I no longer needed, so I requested a return. Instead of sending me a shipping return label - I would have been fine with paying their corporate shipping charges - Ginny's insisted I arrange for return shipping on my own, knowing that the retail charges for shipping a large box would cost more than the item. Ginny's boasts of a liberal 60-day return policy, but in practice they have a no-return policy for larger items. I will not be doing business with them again! I wish I had read their reviews before purchasing

1 star is too generous! Absolutely appalled by how they communicated on emails. Very unprofessional. I ordered a waterproof coat and they sent me the wrong size. I wanted to return although the websites offers no return policy so I am stuck with an £80 jacket that I cannot refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! they never responded to emails I had to keep chasing them.

I placed an order and they told me it would be here.The fifth or sixth of january.I asked them, how was it coming?They said fedex.Now they say it won't be here till the tenth, and it's coming usps.I said, well, you all just flat out lied to me.She said, well, it comes either way.And because of the holidays, I responded, well the holidays wouldn't have anything to do with being lied to about.How it was being shipped, so that's very poor customer service

I ordered in August.
I still haven't received my order (we are December 26…) even though I've already paid the customs fees. I called the French postal service, La Poste, to find out what's going on because I hadn't heard anything.
They told me the address on the package was incorrect and that the package was returned to the sender.
I clearly indicated when I placed my order my correct address (I check). So the error is from the brand.
I paid for my order, the delivery, and the customs fees, i still don’t have my purchase and nobody is answering (email, instagram…)
This is nonsense, don't order it!
Price of products are too high
Price of products are too high. I didn’t have any issues with customer service. I think that all purchases should have return labels in box like all the companies I ever dealt with. Their prices has to go down because everyone will shop for cheaper price else where using Affirm, Klarna, or any other payment options. Even their clearance prices is still too high. Ginny’s has a clearance item for $15 in clearance and I seen the same item at Five Below for $5.00.

Here's what happens when you orders from Jenny's catalog. They refund you back in the check. They do not put it back on method of payment, and there's so many people out here I got 2.3 million followers on my Instagram account and I believe everybody should stop ordering through them, because when you go to castle, they tell you a whole bunch of lies that the order's already been shipped and it hasn't been shipped and people wake up, go to the store to Walmart. You can get the same products for a lot cheaper. I would cancel all your orders with them and boy. I bought a coffee maker a couple months ago. I love it. The price was a little high, but I only paid $20 a month. I just ordered some flannel shirts. I will pay $10 a month. Very convenient and trustworthy. I highly recommend Ginny's
Not waterproof

Just walked 10 minutes in the rain, not a downpour just some rain, and I am soaked right through to my clothes. Sat in my lecture soaked. I usually wear hoodies in the rain and they keep me dryer with no waterproofing properties at all . It is super cute but just don’t think it’s worth the money as I only bought it as I needed a rain jacket.

Got my order wrong..gave me 3 different prices on an item...I had to call3 times to try to get my order right and it's still wrong..different prices..charge for shipping and handling and tariff charge amount other charges...I have learned my lesson about these so called terrible companies!!! I ordered a coffee maker, when I received it I did not like it. I went on the website to do a return, I filled it out and waited 4 days to get the "instructions and mailing label" I never received it so I called. The lady informed me that I will have to pay to return it Ginny's does not do that. I have NEVER heard of that. They will get the Coffee Maker back I will pay the balance owed and shred the card!! I will also tell every person I know to stay away from there "Great Buys"!!!!
Pretty bad shipping
Pretty bad shipping. Was stuck in fedex in Pennsylvania for a month. Came damaged, package was opened and resealed. Their shipping charges, as with all colony brands are outrageous!!!!
Spent about 2.5 hours on the phone with trying to u travel issue. Will not be ordering anything for Christmas because I'm not sure it would arrive in time.

My bank paid them off. I had made a 60 payment on my card. They where over paid i called 11 days ago said they refund my card never got . I have talked to 10 different people all got a different story. So they kept my 60 that was over paid. They say they refund and never do awful to deal with have no clue what they doing . Shady people working for them . Beware do not get a ginny credit card u will regret it.
This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I have one more payment to make and l will never order anything else. You can't pay a payment with out your customer number and it is only on the catalogs they send out and who keeps them? I had no idea how to make a payment. They don't make it easy. Finally got customer service to take a payment and it got posted to the wrong account and they had enough nerve to report it to the credit bureau. When they figured out it was their mistake all they did was apologize and tell me to call Experian and dispute it! What? Never, never, again!
Not a clue
I had an order to place on line but it wouldn’t complete online. I called customer service and the gentleman didn’t know what to do. He st as ted maybe we need to wait a day to see if it went thru. He had no idea how to help

WOW! what a disappointment this was! IF I could I would give it a "minus 10" review. Wanted to purchase several of their wax scented flameless bowls. Their site offered shipping discount IF you signed up. I did BUT it would not give the shipping credit. Spent 47 minutes with 3 different reps only to have them say they would not honor the advertised shipping discount. BEWARE & do NOT order from Ginny's.
