Overall good experience, shipping was fast

Overall good experience. I didn’t know Mavigadget was a marketplace. I saw a gadget on kickstarter then i saw the same seller on mavigadget. I felt like im being left behind. I was too late for the crowdfunding on kickstarter but after the creator funded the project it seems like he has started selling there. Thats how i found mavigadget. I knew the seller was shipping from the US. so no issues here. It arrived in like 3 days. Thanks

Faster response, free replacement. thank you

It took 5 days to arrive! arrived broken.

Edit: This one is on me. I missed the customer service emails and didn’t realize they had already shipped a free replacement before I left the review. It actually arrived faster than the original order. I appreciate how this was handled. I will order again! Thank you

got it in 4 days. Shower set as described

got the delivery in like 4 days. the shower set arrived as described. love the water pressure! They also sent a pdf for the installation from the seller. customer service was very responsive!

I purchased a new assisted lift chair


I purchased a new assisted lift chair for my disabled granddaughter, $625.00 received a used torn, moldy pile of used junk. I exhausted all efforts in coming to a resolution. They wanted me to pay for the return shipping and indicated they may or may not refund my product and my shipping. I also disputed this charge American Express.
After four months of documentation, phone calls, etc. I was unable to get a refund. They have a gridlock return policy in fine print. Costly lesson. BUYER BEWARE THIS A SCAM!!

The product the customer purchased is specifically designed to support individuals with special needs. Due to the nature of this product, our clear policy, communicated to the customer multiple times via email that states that once the product has been opened, assembled, and used, it cannot be returned. This policy exists to protect the well-being of those who rely on these products; allowing returns or reselling could pose risks and complications for people with special needs.

Despite this strict no-return policy, we made an exception in this case to accommodate the customer. We coordinated with the seller and covered the full cost of the product to ensure the buyer could return it. We also arranged for the seller to responsibly dispose of the returned item to prevent any risk of it being resold or reused improperly. This action reflects our commitment to both our customers and the vulnerable individuals these products are meant to serve, while upholding the safety and integrity of our policies.

Found this Mavigadget by chance. Bought a retro lighter as i like to collect old lighters (hey everyone got their thing right?) product surprised me, seriously well made, well packaged and delivery was relatively quick.
Fantastic site and some stunning products.
