Loved the boots just as expected them to be

I love the being able to customise my shoes and I love the shoes I received! The delivery was a little slow but, when I emailed to inquire about the ETA, I was provided with assurance that the shoes were on their way.

Wonderful fit,impressive and original designs,reasonably priced luxury.

What made my experience great was the easy ordering of the boots, this was my 1st time ordering from Girotti. The website was great easy to understand. What surprise me about this website is all of the shoes are made to order. Now I have a new shoe site I can order from. Thank You!!!

The customer service for this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have bought two pairs of shoes. The first took three months to get. Other than the delay (I ordered them beginning of November and received them end of January) it was fine. The second did not fit, and I immediately contacted the company offering to return them at my cost to exchange for anything. They refused. They wanted me to video myself walking in the shoes to see that they did not fit (I kid you not). This was a $335 purchase which I cannot use. Please do not expect any assistance or customer service.

Easy ordering experience and shoes were delivered in a timely manner. They are beautiful and I look forward to wearing them. Just have one small issue and it's that the straps don't have enough holes in them so I'll need to go to a shoemaker

The shoes are comfortable and fit me well - I have quite broad feet and the 41 size is perfect.

I love the colors and style. The width is a tad tight for me, but I’m not overly concerned. Construction of the show is top notch!

Received my shoes quickly and on time. The buckle looks so good with the shoes. Like that i can wear the with//without the buckle accessory.

Wonderful to be able to have such a wide choice of colours, materials and styles.
The only issue is with sizing - thats difficult - My boots are beautiful but half a size too big. I can live with that.
