We are still part way through our journey but received the absolutely wonderful news recently that our incredible and inspiring surrogate has made it through the first trimester. Ivan and the team truly cannot be faulted for a single thing. I had anxiety due to several missed miscarriages previously (personal, not the surrogate) and so asked for a reassurance scan around the 10 week mark. Ivan and the team literally arranged it for the next day and it meant the world to me to see everything progressing well. The updates and communications are always professional, supportive, transparent and human. We feel so grateful and lucky that we made the decision to choose Delivering Dreams - we could not ask for a better service, truly. Thank you Ivan, you are a rockstar!!

I wanted to share some incredible news as I write this: our surrogate has just learned she’s 3 centimeters dilated. This means we’re adjusting our plans and flying down earlier than originally scheduled.
What a truly blessed experience this has been Delivering Dream, our surrogate, and especially Ivan from Ukraine, have been nothing short of exceptional. Ivan has trulry been a gift to us. Their clarity, consistency, support and communication are unmatched. There’s so much I could say, but words simply can’t capture the depth of gratitude I feel.
Choosing this organization was undoubtedly the best decision we’ve made. My journey has even inspired others I know to consider surrogacy abroad, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone exploring this path.

We would like to share a small update on our journey with Delivering Dreams, as we are now just about to welcome our child into the world – a truly emotional and special moment for us.

Looking back, we can say that we are still incredibly happy that we chose Delivering Dreams. From the very beginning, we have been supported and informed throughout every step of the process. What means a lot to us is the close and personal contact with our surrogate – we regularly exchange messages and photos, which makes us feel very connected.

From a medical perspective, we have always been kept fully informed. We received detailed updates after every examination, along with wonderful ultrasound pictures and videos of our baby, which made this journey even more real and emotional for us.

Now, just before our trip to Ukraine, we feel very well prepared and supported. A very special thank you goes to our coordinator Ivan, who has been incredibly supportive throughout this time. He has truly become very dear to us – not only because he is a wonderful person, but also because he always takes the time for us, helps us with every question, and even supports us in finding a suitable apartment for our stay in Ukraine. No matter what we need, we always receive a quick response and feel taken seriously at all times.

We feel completely supported, safe, and well taken care of. For us, it is clear: we would choose this path again exactly the same way and can wholeheartedly recommend Delivering Dreams.

Також хочу відокремити і подякувати перенатальному в місті Львів, в зокрема лікарю Федорощак І.М - мій страх тяжких пологів, лиш залишився страхом, а всі хвилювання залишилися в минулому. Завдяки йому та всій команді - мої пологи стали мрією кожної породіллі. Хочу сказати, що вся команда допомагала в процесі пологів, а епідуральна анестезія стала буквально моїм спасінням - адже завдяки ній я відчула ту легкість та насолоду від процесу, ти буквально відчуваєш комфорт та спокій під час пологів. Хочу сказати, що ті дівчата , хто колись боявся, чув щось негативне про анестезію, то лиш непрофесійний підхід та ілюзії , які не мають нічого спільного з реальністю. Дякую агенству, що співпрацюють тільки з кращими! Адже сумісно вони зробили все , для того, щоб я була задоволена результатом. Тут ти відчуваєш свій дім, тут ти відчуваєш - що ти не сама. Дякую директору Сюзан, що зібрала таких людей! Разом - ви сила. 💪🏻

Я завершила програму сурогатного материнства 07.03.2026, і можу з упевненістю сказати, що залишилась максимально задоволена всім процесом.

Вся програма пройшла для мене буквально на одному диханні. Упродовж всього шляху я постійно відчувала підтримку та турботу. Про мене піклувалися як куратори агентства, так і мої біологічні батьки дитини. Відношення було дуже людяним, теплим і уважним, що для сурогатної мами має велике значення.

Хочу окремо подякувати моїм кураторам.
Оля була зі мною на початку програми — до моменту переносу ембріона. Вона дуже підтримувала мене у цей важливий етап.

Далі зі мною була Люба — і це просто моя любов 😆
Її підтримка, турбота та увага супроводжували мене протягом усього шляху програми до самого моменту переїзду. Вона завжди була на зв’язку, допомагала, підказувала і робила все, щоб я почувалась спокійно та впевнено.

А вже далі і до самих пологів зі мною була куратор Аня. Вона також була дуже уважною, турботливою і завжди допомагала у всіх питаннях.

Взагалі всі куратори, з якими я контактувала протягом програми, були дуже уважні, добрі та підтримуючі. Це справді важливо, коли поруч люди, яким не байдуже.

Окремо хочу відзначити медичний супровід програми. Весь медичний процес був організований на високому рівні. Лікарі, які вели мою вагітність, були професіоналами своєї справи, і я завжди почувалася в надійних руках.

Пологи також проходили з чудовим лікарем — Ігорем Михайловичем. Хочу сказати окреме велике дякую йому. Це були найкращі мої пологи з трьох, які я мала. Дуже професійний, спокійний і уважний лікар — з ним було максимально комфортно.

На 32 тижні вагітності для мене організували переїзд до Львова. Я жила у гарній квартирі майже в центрі міста, поруч було все необхідне: магазини, аптеки, зручна інфраструктура. Це також було продумано і організовано дуже комфортно.

І ще хочу сказати кілька слів для дівчат, які будуть проходити програму. Не бійтеся епідуральної анестезії. Це, напевно, одне з найкращих рішень сучасної медицини 😅
У мене перейми тривали майже 14 годин, і якби не епідуральна анестезія, я була б дуже виснажена до моменту потуг. Вона значно зняла найсильніші болісні відчуття і допомогла зберегти сили для народження малюка.

Щиро дякую агентству за організацію, підтримку та людяне ставлення. Це був дуже важливий досвід у моєму житті ❤️

It has been a long journey and Delivering Dreams has been a great guide throughout.

More than 3 years after I had the first call with DD, a baby blessed us on the last day of the year 2025.

DD worked professionally to figure out the correct legal and medical manner of getting to our goal.

DD has always been open and frank about requirements and limitations. No false promises, no hidden matters.

When obstacles came up, DD worked on solutions and alternatives.

Ivan, and later Sheila, were always prompt in responding and always clear.

Got great support on where to get medical tests done, how to ship documents or medical items. Discussions on legal documentation were thorough. During the pregnancy, medical developments were shared promptly. Lots of photos shared. After the birth, Sheila was available to answer all medical questions, like an in-house doctor.

It felt like interacting with one's well-wishers.

Delivering Dreams has made our surrogacy journey exceptional. They handled all the paperwork seamlessly and connected us with a surrogate quickly. Hoping for a healthy pregnancy ahead—grateful for their support!

Da wir gerade so wunderbare Nachrichten erhalten haben, möchte ich kurz unsere Geschichte teilen.
​Wir sind auf Empfehlung zu DD gekommen und unglaublich froh, diesen Weg mit dem Team gegangen zu sein. Nach zwei erfolglosen Stimulationen mit eigenen Eizellen sind viele Tränen geflossen. Immer wieder brauchten wir Zeit, um neue Hoffnung zu schöpfen – bis wir die beste Entscheidung getroffen haben: eine Eizellenspende anzunehmen.
​Das Ergebnis ist einfach überwältigend! Ich hatte mich eigentlich schon mit dem Gedanken abgefunden, dass es vielleicht nicht mehr sein soll, noch einmal Eltern zu werden. Doch dann kam Anton, unser toller Koordinator, mit dieser unglaublichen Nachricht. Er hat uns den Mut zurückgegeben, dass man auch über Umwege ans Ziel kommen und bald ein Baby im Arm halten darf.
​Ohne die liebevolle Betreuung vor Ort durch Ivan, die ständige Unterstützung und das offene Ohr für all die Worte, die man in solchen Momenten einfach braucht ...Ohne diese Kraft und den Zuspruch hätte ich diesen Weg nicht geschafft.

Я сурогатна мама. І якраз зараз проходжу програму у даній компанії. В мене дуже хороші враження, я не думала, що так може бути по-дружньому, в принципі з чужими людьми. Розуміння, співпереживання, турбота, тепле відношення, сервіс, медичний супровід, внутрішня атмосфера - це все про компанію Delivering Dreams, а саме в обличчі куратора Омельчук Любові. Писати справді можна дуже багато, і про те, що в самій компанії все дуже злагоджено і чітко, і про те, що медичний супровід повністю комплексний і дуже ввічливий, і про те, що куратор постійно на зв'язку, дуже щира і відкрита, яка завжди все пояснить і підтримає по-дружньому. Тому в мене лише позитивні враження)

Вагітність настала з першого разу☺️
Зараз у мене вже 20 тижнів вагітності🥰
Половина вагітності вже пробігла. Я й не помітила😁 Клініка та агентство дуже добре ставляться до своїх допоміжних мам. Кожен прийом у клініці "Мати та дитина" тебе ретельно оглядають, перевіряють та роблять усе для того, щоб ти і дитина були в безпеці, щоб нічого не пропустити. Мої біо неймовірні🥰, їхня турбота та підтримка відчувається навіть на відстані. Кілька тижнів тому у мене була перевірка зору, і лікарі виявили, що мені потрібна операція, тому що якщо її не зробити, під час пологів можуть бути погані наслідки для мене. Не роздумуючи, агентство сказало, що ми обов'язково робимо операцію та цілком оплачуємо все, що пов'язано з нею. Також до відома поставили біо батьків, вони дуже переживали та турбувалися про мене 😚і взяли усі витрати на себе. Також, при сильних відключеннях світла, куратор Люба попіклувалася про мене та мою сім'ю та відправила нам станцію, щоб в домі було тепло та було світло. Безмежно вдячна всім і кожному в агенції! "DeliveringDreams" – це те агентство, в яке хочеться повернутися знову🫂, яке створює комфортні умови, теплі людські відносини та розуміє усі життєві ситуації кожної.😙🥰🫂

Всім привіт!
Ось і закінчила я свою програму в агентстві Delivering Dreams. Мене звуть Тетяна, і я сурогатна мамочка. Це моя перша програма. З самого початку я натрапила на групу в соцмережі, де такі ж мамочки ділились своїм досвідом. Я довго читала, порівнювала і таки наважилась на свою першу програму. Мій вибір був на користь вищезгаданого агентства, і я подзвонила... Зі мною спілкувалася куратор Люба, все розповіла, пояснила, відповіла на всі питання, які мене цікавили чи навіть лякали. Далі — обстеження у Києві, в клініці "Мати і Дитина". Я підійшла, все було чудово. Після того мені прислали договір, я мала змогу ознайомитись, подумати, можливо, якісь пункти обговорити до підписання, і це супер! Мене все влаштовувало. Після підпису були перші виплати за договором. До речі, дорога теж оплачується, і деколи навіть більше, приємним бонусом на каву чи щось поїсти. Це було не одноразово. 🤗 Люба, мій керівник, пішла мені назустріч та перевела з Києва у Львів — проходити програму, адже туди їздити мені значно ближче з дому. У Львові почали стимуляцію. Все проходило чудово, і я збиралась з донечкою їхати на ембріотрансфер до Албанії. Особистий водій нас довіз до самого аеропорту, куратор була на зв'язку завжди, підказувала якісь моменти... хоч удень, хоч уночі. Після прильоту заселилася в чудову квартиру, поруч із клінікою. У клініці мені дуже сподобалося і персонал, і ставлення. Я завагітніла з першої спроби. Через декілька днів зробили тест на мочу, а потім тест ХГЛ. Усе було супер. Люба дозволила їхати раніше , так як вагітність підтвердилась. Назад прилетіли теж класно, і знову нас чекав водій біля аеропорту, і довіз під самий дім в моє рідне місто. Далі вже я їздила до Львова на огляди по вагітності й жила своє звичне життя. Виплати завжди вчасні. Куратор завжди підтримувала, присилала ліки й вітаміни, не спала разом зі мною в період токсикозу (а я в неї не одна, до речі). У Львові зі мною на огляди ходила Аня ( помічниця Люби) , ніколи не лишала одну, і все підказувала, пояснювала, а на день народження навіть зустріла з подарунком та здоровенним букетом квітів! Так і пролетіли всі місяці. За договором, я мала на 30 тижні летіти в Албанію, вже в іншу клініку доношувати вагітність та народжувати. І тут знову мені агентство пішло назустріч, бо я просила ще зачекати два тижні, щоб відсвяткувати день народження донечки, адже летіла цього разу сама.
Дорога пройшла класно, і ось я в Тирані. Квартира, яку ми дивились першою, не підійшла, і куратор супероперативно знайшла класний готель, щоб там пожити, поки ми шукали інший варіант. Через день знайшли прямо біля клініки світлу, гарну квартиру. Мені легко було добиратись із животиком на візити. Одне, що мені було тяжко, це мовний бар'єр. Навіть гугл-перекладач помилявся, і рівень англійської у медперсоналу був не найвищий, як і в мене. Тут прийшов на поміч Антон (величезне йому дякую за допомогу в усьому, від технічних моментів до гінекологічних, рятував усюди, перекладав, дзвонив, домовлявся). Разом із Любою то сила. Перед пологами до мене прилетів син на допомогу. Агентство оплатило квитки, допомогло з оформленням (Івану також привіт).
Після пологів (кесарів розтин за показами) виписали через день, це для мене дуже дивно, але там то нормальна практика. Пізніше підписання документів, і коли вже почувалась краще, можна було летіти додому. Тут Люба знову мене підтримала, і ми знайшли квитки під сам Новий рік, щоб потрапити додому і зробити сюрприз рідним. Це було неймовірно, як у фільмі. За нас переживали, щоб ми встигли доїхати, ще більше за нас. Через погодні умови закрили Варшавський аеропорт, і нас уже в польоті розвернули на Катовіце — то був шок. Та і тут агентство погодило, щоб водій, який чекав у Варшаві, мчав за нами в інше місто. Ми перетнули український кордон за 5 хв і дістались додому за три години до Нового року! Гонорар отримала повністю, все як домовлялись.
Зараз куратор ще досі на зв'язку, адже потрібне післяпологове відновлення та огляди, так як є деякі ускладнення. Думаю, якби албанські лікарі (саме цієї клініки де я була в Албанії) почули наших українських медиків, які працюють з агентством, та скористалися їхньою порадою, то все пройшло б взагалі чудово.
Я рада, що взяла участь у програмі, народила чудового, здорового хлопчика людям, які його так чекали і люблять.

I want to sincerely thank madam Sheila for her incredible dedication, professionalism and for truly "delivering dreams " from pregnancy through to delivery, her care was exceptional she guided me carefully with nutrition to help manage my blood sugar levels and made sure I followed the right diet as recommended by the nutritionist. Iam also deeply grateful 🙏 to the doctors and specialists who always ensured everything went smoothly, and to the hospital staff who were gentle, supportive, and attentive through out both the delivery and post-delivery process .

I highly recommend delivering dreams to anyone considering surrugacy- it's an amazing experience marked by care ,expertise and genuine support every step of the way DELIVERYING DREAMS IS JUST THE BEST.

Дякую велике за программу, вона пройшла дуже легко, виплата була в день пункції, за дорогу віддавали в день візиту, навіть давали гроші на обід, куратор Люба була завжди на зв'язку та куратор Оля була зі мною на прийомі . Лікар дуже уважно ставився та після пункції подивився на узі щоб все було добре. Прийду до вас ще раз донором із задоволенням!

After a medical condition prevented my wife an I to have another child we were looking for a trustworthy surrogacy agency in order to give our remaining embryos a chance to come into this world.

From the first moment Susan an her team were everything one could wish for. They are empathic yet highly professional. We got updates every single step of the way.

Not only that but they had full understanding when we voiced our very specific requirements for the surrogate. Due to our religious beliefs we asked for a surrogate that does not eat pork of shellfish. Not for one moment did we feel like we are being a nuisance, but Susan and her team showed full, unjudgmental understanding and put in an enormous effort to find the right surrogate.

We are very grateful for Delivering Dreams and can highly recommend the agency!

2nd review update since March

Our journey with DD has continued being a great experience.

In March we started the next steps of the journey after our embryo creation phase. Following the embyros, Susan and Anton quickly pivoted to finding us a surrogate mother. Within a few weeks, we were matched with our first SM option and provided all the relevant information needed. Unfortunately during the initial medical process, she did not meet the right requirements to move forward.

Although that part was disappointing, these are the moments that bring MORE trust with DD. The health of the SM and the care they have for our precious embyros are the main priorities. Ensuring the SM meets stringent parameters protects all parties in this sensitive process.

Susan and Anton were open and transparent with the background and next steps to securing another SM. A month later we received our 2nd SM candidate. This time she passed her medical exams and we proceeded with our first embryo transfer in July. Each step of the way Anton provided us the important updates and time frame to expect.

We faced yet another setback when the transfer was not successful. These are the moments when the process feels real because you believe everything goes so smoothly up to this point, you don't expect a bad result.

Anton sent us a comprehensive review of what happened, with the doctors double checking all protocols were followed. It was determined everything was done to standard across the board. Life just didn't happen as planned.

Both Anton and Susan were very supportive and helped us move forward. After our SM was tested again for a 2nd attempt, they determined she likely wouldn't be viable to their standards. We had trust in them to make the decision to find another SM. Within a couple weeks they provided another candidate who the clinic felt was perfect.

We decided to move forward with her and our embryo transfer was done in September. This time it was successful! The joy we all had was an amazing moment. We had a group call with the SM and DD to start a connection with the SM moving forward.

We're now at 15 weeks and everything is going smoothly with appointments and testing. Seeing the ultrasound videos is something hard to describe. We have a group chat with our SM to talk and make her feel comfortable with us. She's such a wonderful person.

It's been a journey for sure since we started our research in January and made our decision to partner with DD. They've exceeded expectations we had. Despite setbacks, they're always there to help us have perspective.

Word of advice to everyone. This is an imperfect science trying to create magic. Patience is needed. Even with 3AA embyros, all protocols followed and high standards, we still had a failure. Just live the process and let life happen. Trust your team will get you to a good result.

Thank you to Susan, Anton and the full DD team to getting us to this phase of the process. We'll blink and we'll be on a plane soon for the next phase.

Since the end of 2024, the DD team of Susan has accompanied us on our special journey. We would like to sincerely thank the entire team. The team is extraordinarily wonderful: everyone is empathetic and does everything possible to achieve what is feasible. The support is professional in all areas.
Communication is excellent: Ivan, our supervisor, immediately informs us of any news and conveys a lot of warmth. He is always reachable and answers every question with great heart and sensitivity.
Lybov, the supervisor of our surrogate, supports her with just as much warmth and great heart. She accompanies our surrogate to all medical examinations. And when we wanted to give the surrogate a small birthday gift, she helped us and got the gift for us.

You can feel the passion of the entire team, and that there is more behind this than just a job. We wish everyone who takes this path, from the bottom of our hearts, that they may walk it together with DD.

When we found out that I would never be able to carry a child of our own, we were devastated. Surrogacy didn't seem to be an option, as it is illegal in our country. On top, the only thing we knew about it were stories around women being exploited. And that's the last thing I would want... Despite that all, I started reading, watching video's, learning about the 'where and why and how'. And with that, my opinion changed and the doors towards having a family of our own opened..

During my investigation, I had listed many agencies who support surrogacy journeys. Whenever I was reading about 'great support' for both IPs and Surrogates, Delivering Dreams would pop up.

When I first met with Susan and Oksana, I knew. This is my place to be. A place where not only IPs come first, but surrogate mums as well. A journey together with respect for everyone involved.

We did choose the hard way, trying to conceive with our own biomaterial. After a first round of stimulation and IVF and embryo transport to UA and 2 failed transfers, we decided to go for a last try. In Kyiv!

This whole way Oksana has been a true support. From logistics to emotions! On site, Ivan has accompanied every single meeting at the clinic. All in all, even our stay in Kyiv was a great experience with DD. Unfortunately, without success. But then again, we can only trick nature to a certain point.

Within no time, DD has allowed us to match with a wonderful donor, who will be starting stimulation soon. And we hope our journey continues towards a happy end!

Within 1 year, I have gained so much experience but also heard many stories of others. Both with DD but also other agencies. And I can only say, that we made the right decision to let DD support us.

Alltogether: Honest, clear and open communication, shifting gears quickly, support around the clock and never loosing sight of the health and wellbeing of the surrogate. Clear payment schedules upfront. So both the business and personal side are taken care of so well.

Despite our unfullfilled wish sofar, I can only wholeheartedly say that we will continue this journey with Delivering Dreams. I couldn't have had better support and am looking forward to meeting Oksana when we pick up our little wonder ;-)
