I had a really positive experience with ‘Giving Mortgages’. The staff were very useful and always prepared to help me with any problems that I had. Therefore, I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

They use spam and false advertisements on social media to get data and then sell leads to mortgage brokers. Don't use them.

Imagine what they’re like with clients phone numbers?

I recently started a new job with Giving Mortgages and I was also recently granted an improper dismissal.

Upon starting my new role, I was under the impression calling out to customers, my personal phone number would not have been disclosed to the public and the CRM system used, would have shown a coded number.

I thought wrong.

Imagine answering your personal phone multiple times to random numbers, asking who is this and they state “ You called me ? “

Questioning my ex-manager, he had no concerns that my personal number was being used without my consent and I explained the risk this could cause to me as a working professional and also as a young lady.

After expressing how upset I was that my personal number was being shown to the public, he asked me if I could purchase a SIM card?

Why on earth would I equip myself with the right equipment when this should have been rectified by the company as soon as my personal data had been breached?

An hour later after expressing my high level of concern, My ex-manager then confirmed he would get a phone and SIM card sent out by the company, all set for tomorrow.

Yesterday at 9:24pm, I receive an unfair dismissal via email and their main reason for the dismissal was “ This is a new role, and we did not anticipate this being a problem “ Breaching GDPR is now not a problem, apparently?

Website does not work.

When filling out the automated tool, it does not recognise the numbers. Keeps telling me I need to fill out higher numbers. No chat to be used either, so this is my heads up to you guys!

Great company with exceptional attention to detail. I was very impressed with the service and Alex was very proactive and helpful throughout the application process.

However our mortgage broker at Giving Mortgages gave our no to Rachel who got in contact with us the next day she managed to find us an excellent deal completely hassle free and saved us a lot of money. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Giving mortgages well worth getting in touch with them if you need a good deal. Ours was sorted in just a few days excellent service all the way no stress at all

Company uses spam to get new business, how can they help others with leads when they can’t help themselves?
