i have tried to contact them about not having any leads( not a few.not leads that dont convert. ZERO leads displaying even after resetting all my preferences to to clear. its not showing leads that have been sold either. and before you ask yes i cleared my cookies and cache, used different browser etc etc) at all for the last few weeks to only be met with the ai that goes around in circles. emails to them have presumably gone to the aether as no one has come back to me and there is no contact number to talk to a human.

I paid £500 to Giving Mortgages (a lead generation company) for automated leads. After two weeks, I haven’t received a single viable lead. I’ve reached out multiple times through their online messaging system with no reply. I’ve also called several times, only to be left on hold with no answer.

At this point, I’ve had zero return on my investment and no communication whatsoever. Based on my experience, this feels like a scam. I’d strongly advise others to avoid this company.

As a mortgage broker I agreed to do business with Giving Mortgages for lead purchase last year. Since the initial set up the lead quality has been poor. They changed how leads were distributed at the end of last year into an auction model which does not suit my business. Refund policy has also changed several times which adds to the confusion. I have requested a refund of my deposited funds several times and have requested meetings only for their representative not to to attend. It has now come down to me complaining on a public forum in an attempt to get my money back which I deposited based on a system which was not what I signed up for. My last 3 emails initially to a staff member Osman Emin and then to a generic email address requesting a refund 18Feb 30Jan 20Jan have gone without reply.

Extremely helpful flexible with working times made me feel like an individual rather than just another satistic. Was very helpful and polite explaining everything. Liam in particular was very helpful.

We recently decided we was going to move home and Greg savory from Give mortgages was recommended to us to sort out a mortgage and wow we made an appointment with him and from the minute I answered the door he made us feel at ease like we had known him ages so we got down to sorting out our mortgage his knowledge and advice was second to none.his recommendations suited our needs in every way and the mortgage protection insurance as well so Give mortgages are highly recommended by us to anyone thinking about moving home that need a mortgage
10/10 recommended...........

OK. So I did not know what we could borrow against our property. Well. More than I thought. I was honest with my answers. And they were honest with me.
Should I need your services in the future, I will not hesitate.

Got into contact with a broker immediately and helped me find a mortgage! 10/10 highly recommend

Beware! This company uses mass mailing companies that bombard you with unsolicited emails constantly.
Not to be trusted.

Do not bother these leads are absolute rubbish, the income is never enough for the loan size. Or loan to value 250%? The only people who answered the phone had already done it themselves so complete waste of money. Most did not even answer and suddenly no credit reports. Qualified by who? As they dont even have the correct information after doing so.

No you sent me the same ruude email and again today and your leads are still a waste of money.

Giving mortgages for brokers are rubbish - dont waste your money on leads - non of the leads I have purchased come to anything in the past year - wont be using them again - I have got more cases from recommendation than any lead source I've had to pay for

Giving Mortgages provided wonderful service. They gave me advice about what to expect from a Mortgage Broker and then put me in touch with a Company that have been first class!

My broker was very patient and looked with me at few different options. Answered all my questions

When our fixed rate mortgage deal was coming an end, we felt that, given the market, it would be wise to find a broker to ensure we were getting the best deal. After seeing an ad for Giving Mortgages, I filled out an online form and, within half an hour, had a call from a mortgage advisor who was incredibly helpful and definitely not at all pushy. She sorted out mortgage and also reviewed our life insurance, getting us double the cover we had for almost the same as we were already paying. I will now be contacting the advisor for all future mortgage needs and wouldn’t have found her without going through Giving Mortgages.
