I was informed that the £147 I paid, for one of their engineers to come out and fix my electric shower wasn't a call out fee but rather they will aim to diagnose and fix the problem same day if this can be accomplished.

Now the engineer came out, very briefly checked the issue and summarised that the heating element was the problem and recommended a new shower. You can imagine my dismay regarding the money being wasted to hear something that I could have read on the internet. I asked for a refund given the fact that the issue wasn't fixed and got an email advising that after careful review, they were unable to grant any refund. Fair enough!!

We then proceeded to getting another Engineer instead (as opposed to getting a new shower) to come out and fix the shower without specifying anything regarding the heating element and to my surprise the shower was fixed. The issue identified was the thermal switch (Not the heating)

Discussing my complaint with them has been difficult to do via phone despite the fact it appeared relatively easy to book their services and pay. I give it 2 star as opposed to one because the lady I spoke to initially when booking their service was friendly enough

I had a drain leak going to my downstairs neighbour. They charged £147 for a plumber to come and estimate. He estimated one day’s work. That cost £747. He started at 09.00 and I think he finished at 16.00. He took off two tiles, wrapped the drain and sealed it. It was still leaking. I then took advice from another plumber who advised Dynorod Rod. They fixed it for £180. In my opinion I was robbed.

Michael is great. Efficient and professional. Yvonne is lovely too.

My experience with this business is not 100% done yet, so I cannot give a complete review but so far it has been very positive. The specialist came as scheduled and performed a diagnosis and took photos and notes to escalate a secondary problem for a future fix. I am satisfied with this service.

I paid about 150 for a call out Plumber to come to the property to be told that after trying to tie tape around the cistern that this leak couldn’t be repaired! I then got a quote for over four hundred pounds to replace a new cistern. I wasn’t satisfied with the Plumber’s evaluation and got a second opinion who came out and charged me only 50 pounds and fixed the leak there and then. I wrote to the company to request some refund as I feel what was paid was not appropriate to the service I received especially with a second opinion that negated their plumber’s conclusion. I didn’t get a response. I would not recommend to use this company and be careful of their quotations for further works.

Excellent customer service from Stephanie in the Office and Michael who fitted our new boiler and bathroom shower. Very helpful, kept us informed throughout the process. Cleaned up after the job.

Massively overpriced, would not recommend.

Initially told a set price for a for installing a stopcock would be £377. They came and they were unable to do the work, additional time for a total of 1 day would be required and wanted me at pay an additional £747. When I said no I was unwilling to pay this I’ll find someone else they backtracked their story to being £747 total. This still seemed unreasonable and got a second plumbers opinion and someone else ending up taking 2 hours and costing £120.

When I asked for a refund for the work they couldn’t carry out I was the one charged a cancellation fee. Very disappointed, no work carried out by them because they couldn’t perform the work on a set price they told me and I’m still the one charged.

Can’t comment on the level of craftsmanship but I can only assume that the people giving good ratings aren’t actually getting a second price.

Initial response was good, however, they advised they needed to return to carry out additional works at a further cost of £177. When engineer arrived he advised that when he had been there the first time he did not have any silicone in the van to complete the works and it would be a 5 minute job to complete the initial repair. This was not what we had been told was required and charged for. All efforts to obtain a satisfactory refund were unsuccessful. As other reviewers have stated, the manager would not respond and admin staff were put in a difficult position trying to justify why the job was not properly finished during the first visit. They charged a significant additional amount for work which should have been completed at the original visit. Would not recommend.

I’ve spoken to Stephanie the receptionist/office manager/main contact quite a few times now. Every time, without fail, she delivers exemplary customer service and always keeps me updated in relation to works. Nothing is too much of a problem for her. Thank you.

Very nice engineer and extremely helpful. Boiler serviced with minimal fuss and tidy.

Quick service, very helpful and friendly and figured out the problem very quickly

Worst company ever to deal with avoid at all costs. They charge for a service to see what is wrong with the boiler (despite saying what it is) this was acceptable and explained away as the boiler service costs. They then charge a further £377 for a major boiler service (what was the first cost if not this) during which they replaced a c.£23 condensate drain. During the works they took apart the flue (not part of any works or required) then claim the flue seals were gone (fair enough you think) they then want to charge a further c.£577 for the privilege of of repairing this (the entire flue cost is c.£98. They are crooks and I would ask anyone considering using them to avoid avoid avoid at all costs. The staff are wonderful. The owner is a crook. He won’t even call because he knows he can’t justify ripped off and leaves his staff to face awkward questions that they can’t answer.

Absolutely fantastic job they pulled off in my bathroom, even though it unexpectedly turned out to be a very difficult job, they weighed in and done the lot, removed all tiles (2 layers 😣), including floor tiles, bath and old shower then fully tiled, new walls, walk in double shower, painted, cleaned everything even in the lounge downstairs was cleaned of dust. I worked and gave the keys over to the team and they done a perfect, professional and expert service. I will always use again. Worth every penny and the team were incredibly nice and trustworthy - merci beaucoup! Mr S Kay

Had an emergency late evening leak which was causing issues with downstairs flat. G Jassal's plumber was late by an hour or so but nevertheless showed up and did a needed temp fix for the problem. Had arranged with them to do the remaining work the next day but there was a problem with this as an expectation and they didn't arrive. When I called them they promptly arranged for a plumber the next day. Expensive, but when in need...

I always recommend you to friends and family. I have always had a quick response from you and all of your engineers are friendly and competent. I really appreciate having you there whenever I need you.

Prompt on arrival, approachable, calm and listened to the problems worries and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend to friends and family.

The plumbing works they had contacted for will require a second visit as the work is more complicated than they had expected. The second visit is scheduled to be about three weeks after the first. The delay is inconvenient but I trust them to complete works as originally agreed.

There was also an invoicing issue (double billing) after the first visit. However they resolved that issue within hours of me raising it with them. They were polite and helpful and I appreciated the fast resolution of that mistake.
