Stephanie is great she's my friend always ready to help when I have a problem, and if Stephanie is not available i usually get to speak to Carminda ..A great company any problems ther fast and if the part is not available they phone myself and my Tennant to let me me know when they will be round again to sort the problem

All good. Fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Would give 5 stars if they got an answerphone so you could be reassured that your messages are getting to them when you're starting out as we generally didn't find anyone available to speak to during the daytime. Recommended otherwise.

First time using great staff and job done. I have now taken out the Home Care plan for out boiler.

Dreadful customer service . Phoned asked for service for old hot water tank.(working) After there inspection now not working. 1 month later still no hot water. Catalogue of no shows wrong parts. Eventually after asking for work to be done ASAP, I had to chase estimate. This was well over 3K . I have no faith whatsoever in this company. I will advise my family and friends not to use!

Fantastic job, The plumber was amazing and solved the issue within the hour and gave us great advice. Extremely reasonably priced also, completely recommend.

From start to finish excellent experience, first point of call is the manager Stephanie, who is so thorough to handle the challenge at hand. Well communicated when the engineers are coming out and the engineers are first class and explain what they are going to do. Doesn't always happen, but these guys are clean workers. Keep doing what you are doing!

Whole experience was great.

Friendly office staff and professional gas engineer who serviced my boiler as part of my boiler care plan. Put cover sheet down to protect flooring and area was clean and tidy once finished.

Came when they said, pleasant and informative plumber who took care of the job with ease.

Pipe leak under sink. Came within 2hrs and capped leak to stabilise it. Friendly and professional. Would use them for emergency work but you do need to pay in advance.

Took several days to send a quote to fix the broken pipe and the quote was nearly 4x more than another plumber quoted at 240 pounds. It was a simple flexi cable under a sink which took less than 30 mins to change so baffled at why the quote was so high. Didn't use them for the repair so can only comment on the emergency response.
