Delivery was prompt and the cup I ordered for a friend 50th birthday was very good quality.
My only slight criticism is that the cup would have been safer in bubble wrap inside the box although I received it in good order.

Thank you very much for the 5-star rating - it is much appreciated. The mug packaging box design means that the mugs inside can't move around and are protected from all but the most extreme handling. We have sent them out in the past with ordinary boxes and bubble wrap around them but there were actually far more breakages then than there are now. Thanks again.

Great customer service
I cannot fault the Customer Service I received from Glamorous Gifts. When I contacted them and sent photos they promptly arranged a full refund as the item was of extremely poor quality, the pieces didn’t meet and the edges were chipped and painted with fading paint. I have bought one previously (obviously not from here!) so I know what they should look like.
