Carabao Cup Winners mug
As usual, l always have my doubts about going online. But, nevertheless, l was pleasantly surprised at the ease of ordering and delivery. So, thanks for the lovely memento of Newcastle's Carabao Cup win.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. We are especially grateful when customers put their trust in us as we are not a big-name retailer. So it's great to hear of happy customers.

Long delivery time
Great product for organising my screws and nails in my workshop but it was obviously shipped from overseas as it took 8 days to be delivered from ordering. Yes their delivery statement says 4-7 days or longer but I think this would stop me from ordering from them again.
In response to your reply which I am unable to reply to it was 8 days not 6 - ordered 2nd March / delivered 10th March

Thank you for your review. Glad to hear you are happy with the product. The vast majority of our products are dispatched from within the UK but this specific product range is dispatched from the supplier in Europe. Therefore, we state at checkout "usually delivered in 4 to 7 working days". This order was delivered on 6 working days so it was within the timeframe. To respond to your edited reply, please bear in mind that working days are Monday to Friday, not including weekends or bank holidays. As the order was placed on Sunday 2nd March, the fifth working day was Friday 7th March and the sixth working day, when it was delivered, was Monday 10th March. Again, I am sorry it didn't get to you sooner and I hope I have clarified the delivery timescale shown. We are truly grateful for your custom and really do appreciate your patience. Kind regards.
