Thank you for your review and for sharing your concerns regarding the pupil distance (PD) measurements for your eyewear. We understand from your feedback that having different PD measurements for your left and right eyes presented a challenge with the glasses you ordered from us.

Our platform currently supports a single PD measurement, which combines the measurements for the left eye (OS) and the right eye (OD). This approach is based on the most common format provided on prescription (RX) forms, where either two numbers (one for each eye) or a single PD measurement are given. We realize now that this method may not be suitable for everyone, and it seems this was the case with your order.

We sincerely apologize if this limitation in our ordering system led to any confusion or inconvenience. Your experience has highlighted an important aspect of eyewear customization that we need to consider for our platform.
