We needed a new super king bed so was shopping around. We’ve bought furniture from Glasswells in Ipswich before and had a positive experience last time. The store has a beautiful showroom and a lovely cafe if you are feeling a bit peckish! We find the furniture at Glaswells is very good quality and the staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. First dealt with Carl Flurrie on the Saturday, then with Tom Repton on our return in the week. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and totally not pushy. We did look at other shops and lots of beds, but decided to purchase our bed at Glasswells. We felt the bed was a fair price for a very good quality product. We bought a super king end ottoman base, a stylish headboard and a mattress. The bed will arrive in 3-4 weeks and the team will install the bed and take all the packaging away so that’s great for us. We also took advantage of the January sales. Thank you team Glasswells!

This is our second purchase of Bedroom furniture from Glasswells.
Tom the salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy, left us to brows and was there to answer any questions we had which we liked as there is nothing worse than feeling you are being followed around the store when trying to make up your mind.
Furniture we had in the past still looks as good as it did when we got it so that is why we went back to buy more for another room.

We had a fantastic experience with Codi Bentley at the Glasswells Ipswich branch. From start to finish, Codi was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered thoughtful advice without any pressure, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Her product knowledge and attention to detail were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. A real credit to Glasswells, highly recommended. Codi also followed up on my order and contacted me when the order was available for delivery. Thank you.

Our whole experience was good old fashioned personal customer service. Adrian took his time explaining thoroughly to us all the options and then went through them all again the next day with my disabled Mum in a way she could understand. No hard sell, we were given all the options and allowed to choose what we wanted.. perfect service. Thank you so much

We recently had great customer service at Glasswells in Ipswich. We were greeted on arrival by a very polite and well presented member of staff called Codi, who personalised our browsing experience and made it all a very stress free shop. She was accommodating and knowledgeable of her stock answering all our questions with a great deal of patience. She is a great asset to your team.

First visit to Glasswells at Bury St Edmunds to buy a couple of sofas and very impressed with the wide range available. Stuart provided excellent guidance without putting any pressure on us and we came away very pleased with what we've ordered.
And of course, where was a very good cafe as well.

we had a very successful experience at the Ipswich Branch including the next day a telephone call and a second purchase. We were looking for a sofa and not sure where to start. Met with Adrian Capper and after a few minutes chat about our requirements we spent a very informative and enjoyable visit which resulted in our purchase. Have to say we have never met such a helpful and informative sales person who had the patience of a saint! It didnt stop there as telephone call next day for a further enquiry with Adrian on an other piece of furniture led to another sale, Would highly recommend Glasswells for quality of products and friendliness of staff.

Service was good from advice instore, ordering process, information throughout and finally helpfulness of staff when collecting the items ordered.
The in store cafe is also very good.

I needed a very comfortable mattress for my spine trouble, I have painful scoleosis. I thought it would be very difficult to choose one, however with so much help from James, his knowledge of mattresses is brilliant, he was a superb help, and helped me decide.
Eventually I was so pleased I could choose a very comfortable one with his help, it was a real pleasure shopping at Glasswells, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.

There was an extensive range of sofas on show and the salesman was very helpful
