Glebe Mobility レビュー

Excellent service and very quick delivery.

The chair is perfect for the customer who is a 94 year old woman andit will enable her to get around, The delivery was near enough on time and the delivery persons were first class.

Always kind and very helpful

Went to the studley grange showroom. We were given excellent advice, on what would be suitable. Was allowed to test drive the halo electric chair around the garden centre, the ride was smooth and comfortable, over various obstacles. Chair was delivered in 2 days.Assembly instructions for some of the accessories could be better.

I Love this chair, comfy, heated seat and back rests. Great price. Highly recommend

On time, set up good and working checked.

Great company highly recommend lovely small business

Ordered my item in the afternoon and recieved it the following day.
Great service and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I have just today, ordered my new “Ultima Comfort Elite” Electric Wheelchair and Accessories from “Glebe Mobility”. Their “Customer Service is Absolutely Brilliant”. I had a small problem with my payment options, but once I had explained this to them, they were extremely helpful and had it sorted in no time at all. This enabled me to immediately go ahead with my order, with my “FREE” delivery organised for 2 days later. I thoroughly recommend this company, for both their customer service and their very competitive pricing, very well done!

I was told when ordering the wheelchair that this would be set-up on delivery which was not the case. When I called the team, I am now told there is an additional charge for setting up the wheelchair. I had to chase up the team rather than they return my call to determine how this could be resolved. Not sure my experience has been very good.

Excellent service, speedy delivery and set up and a very comfortable chair

The two man delivery was a little 😖 They tried to carry a very wide carton holding the chair through the doorway which was clearly not wide enough for the box
On assembly which they seemed reluctant to do the guy was putting the the casters on the base the wrong way round and I had to tell him he had it wrong and I’m sure he didn’t need to use an hammer to put the bolts in if the bolt holes were lined up correctly which I now have my doubts that the chair was put together correctly
It looked like a case of left hand right hand
Big disappointment

Instruction booklet could be more simple and video on web site on how to do things would help.

A great service nothing to much trouble everything one could ask for when ordering equipment for the disabled, a fantastic company to do business with thank you Gleb Mobility.
