The guys arrived on time, were friendly and professional, in no time at all my chair was set up and demobstrated. One minor blemish shortly after they left I sat in the chair and brass screw fell out, there is no noticeable affect onthe performance of the chair.

Another excellent experience with Glebe- this time it was the assessment, repair and transportation of my electronic wheelchair. They were fast and impressively effective in repairing the broken motor. Special thanks to Ann who is always so efficient and understanding, and the engineer who fixed it so quickly.

What an amazing product I have purchased from an amazing company. I opted to buy the ultra comfort elite power chair and it truly is the beauty it looks like on website. Arrived safely and well packaged on Wednesday 10th June 26. As a bilateral below knee amputee the slide out leg rest is a game changer, so comfortable and practical i would not hesitate to say to fellow amputees, if considering a power chair, look no further. Chair is heavy but two people can lift chair into a car boot no problem, I will be fitting a hoist in mine. To recap, this chair is one I wish I had purchased years ago, thank you Glebe Mobility for creating a chair that is helping to improve my quality of life.

Glebe Mobility was helpful and sympathetic. The returns policy is fair and reasonable.

I don't think that I like it very much,
I have disability in my hands and find it very difficult to use the hand operation.
Also the battery runs down very quickly .
My bum is slightly numb from sitting,I do have a pressure cushion but it is far too big for the seat.

My wheelchair is great no problem as yet. But delivery was late had to cancel appointment. Small price to pay for a great wheelchair. Many thanks Tony

From ordering through to delivery and setting up I was kept well informed. And I am not displeased with the product far from it. The fabric is super quality, the colour is just as I expected and the dual motors a real bonus. all in all a uperb product delivered in days.

My chair was delivered on 26.3.26 but after a couple of days I identified two problems with it. Number one the bult in chiller did not chill and number two, when lowering the footrest it momentarily got stuck resulting in a jerky movement.
I contacted Glebe and they arranged for their delivery company to replace the chair. That was 8 days ago and I heard nothing and so I contacted the delivery company directly.
A replacement chair is supposedly beng delivered in two days time but if I had not chased it, who knows?
I did not want to leave a review until I had a chance to try out and test the replacement chair but, after three emails from Glebe asking me to leave a review I have now submitted it.
If the replacement chair works as it should I will update this review.
Update.
The replacement chair is even worse, it makes creaking and grinding noises when being raised or lowered. I contacted the company to reject the chair as unfit for purpose but they insisted on a third party inspection of the chair. That inspection was carried out today and the inspector agreed that the problems were as a result of a manufacturing defect. I am now waiting on the companies response to the inspection, if neccessary I will progress this matter to court.

Great product, fast delivery, very helpful installation team. Could not be bettered.

"STURDY" arrived quickly and its very well designed and built.
But, after fully charging the batteries it switches on beeps and imediately switches off - so , while I await a repair / replacement I cannot comment on using the Wheelchair
