Great efficient service
My sister couldn’t make it to the Everglades so I asked to change the tickets for the event in coleraine which they did. They were prompt in answering and dealt with the request efficiently . Great service I will definitely use them again.😁thank you

Site navigation was fine, 2 separate charges on top of initial ticket fee
Site navigation was fine, 2 separate charges on top of initial ticket fee. Ticket was £27.50 and incurred a £2.49 ticket fee and when going to checkout had another £0.20 processing fee. Bit much in my honest opinion. I understand websites cost money to host. Had I have been charged £2.69 I would have been less annoyed. If I had an option to buy directly from venue I would have choose that.

Service fees cover the total cost of processing a ticket transaction — this includes the ticketing platform and the payment provider that handles your card payment. These are applied as two separate line items because they represent two distinct costs, rather than being bundled into the ticket price. Any fees are always displayed clearly before you confirm your payment, so you can see exactly what you're paying.
For context, the total fee comes to around 9.8% of the ticket price, which is generally lower than many other ticketing platforms who typically charge upwards of 12.5% in service fees.
