I did this and they only refunded me for the sweater saying that the skirt wasn't returned when they were both returned in the same package. Customer support looked into it and said sorry, nothing they can do.. Bad business and won't be supporting them ever again.

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. I lost a package in the mail due to a misapplied address and the company made me take the loss. I have bought thousands of dollars of clothes and they refused to replace a 140.00 jacket that was sent to the wrong address. Very stingy on their part.

similar to others, I placed an online order and the apple pay feature after bugging out twice, finally went through on their site, only for me to realize it auto populated my old address. No big deal right? Wrong. Despite sending an email to their support team within 5 minutes of placing the order, I was told the next morning that "they have a very small window to make changes to deliveries, and unfortunately I am past that window". How tiny is your window if it's within 5 minutes?? I tried calling to see if I could explain the situation better over the phone and despite the rep confirming it had not yet left their warehouse, he echoed the same song that it was "past the window to make changes". His very helpful advice? "Maybe someone who lives there could get it for you?". But he did assure me that if the package was not returned, I would not get a refund and there was "nothing he could do". How maddening.
Thus business should not be.
After reading all of these reviews, one would think someone would shut them down. Thank you all. I also had a deduction of $8 after a month of aggravationâŠ..it has been 2 weeks since return was registered. It has not reached the destination. There better be a credit soonð¡

Basic discourtesy is store policy
Hoping to make an in-store purchase. Had trousers to try on. Requested use of the rest room first and was refused. To me this is not only common courtesy but also a basic human right for a customer.
Very poor quality product at a premium price
Bought a 200USD jacket. After a month of use, it was already in bad condition. The padding was coming out even though I didn't use it in extreme conditions.
Customer service was not helpful since I am not a US resident, the warranty wasn't applicable to me (even though the coat was bought in the US). I absolutely do not recommend
Prana customer support does not exist.
Wow! I bought two pair of Prana stretch Zion 2 shorts. When they arrived they no longer have the metal button on the front. It is now a plastic button with a long slot in it and sharp corners. I have 5 of these shorts (original Zion) and have never had an issue. Of the 2 new ones I bought only one lasted any period of time. The button on one of them broke almost three weeks after buying them. I called customer service and asked for a button so I could see it on or a replacement show. They do not provide replacements after 60 days. That is completely unacceptable. I will no longer buy any Prana product especially if they are only good for 60 days. The one pair is still going strong as are the ones I have bought over 4 years ago. I really did like those shorts. I guess I will buy Kuhlâs now. Thanks Prana for not doing the right thing.
Good clothing, terrible customer service
Good clothing, but customer service is non-existent. They use DHL and my order is either missing or never shipped. They refused to refund⊠just gave me lectures and excuses. Iâve never had to fight this hard for a refund ⊠still nothing.
They also have major sizing issues. My size 8 shirts are bigger than a size 10 ⊠same product. When I asked customer service, I got a lecture.
If you do buy their clothes, do it from REI.
Faulty item, no help from prana
I bought a pair of trousers on which one of the poppers stopped fastening. I contacted prana to complain, and was told since I am in the EU the warranty does not apply and there is nothing they can do. They no longer ship to the UK so I am stuck with expensive trousers I can't wear and I can't even buy a new pair to replace them.

I found a similar email order from 2 years ago and erroneously used that information, to attempt the exchange.
Because I erroneously used wrong order information, through their website, they never responded.

Poor quality.
In November 2023 I bought what I thought was a good quality winter coat. By February 2024 the zipper of the coat started to come off. Having a warranty I was offered to return the jacket with a credit to Prana or $20 to fix it. I opted to return the jacket. After several phone calls, emails, different reps helping figure out where my jacket went and why I have not received a refund here I sit with no jacket and no refund almost a month later and out $250. I hate to think of having to spend my money with this company as I know the quality will lead me to this same situation someday. Save your money and trouble.
Customer Service is so-so
I made two separate orders on the same day, and one package came in with no issue. After a few days I was wondering where the second package was. I check the tracking number and it was still in stage one, "Created Label" and that label was created December 13, it is now December 22, with my package nowhere to be found. They sent me an email showing a screenshot on their end saying that it would show up at the end of the day December 21st. I said okay great, waited for the end of the day, nothing there. I sent an email to alert them that I have not received the order, no response. I called, and was put on hold for 30 minutes, to ultimately tell me if I overnight ship it won't make it before Christmas, and the best they can do is reorder or with a refund. Not sure how true it is in regards of the overnight statement. Initially I asked for an overnight on the 21st and they said they could not do that, best they can do is refund. I get a sense that they just did not want to pay for the overnight shipping.
