Excellent service, fast and reliable as always, Gabriel is fantastic on the phone talking me through every stage

Efficient response and resolution

Sully the engineer attended A Total Kleaning Office. To install our new handsets. Sully was very professional answered all our questions to ensure the business operation was not disrupted. He did an excellent job.

Jack has been brilliant over the past few years, reliable knowledgeable and punctual. Jack provides an exceptional level of IT framework support and client service, enabling our organisation to operate fluidly and with confidence, day to day.

Liam supported us with the install of our new phone service for the office.
He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions that we had and the demonstration of the use of the service was great from start to finish.

Gabriel Toader at Global 4 was very helpful...it was a difficult issue and talk me through the process ....there was no way i could of re-set may computers and mobile with out his help

My new laptop was set up today by Jack Bradley. The whole process was very efficient and Jack did a fabulous job. The appointment took place at the requested time and there was no fuss or drama. Extremely professional.

I’ve been liaising with Gabriel Toader over the past few weeks regarding several unrelated IT issues.
Gabriel has been fantastic. Top customer service and support. Gabriel explained the issues and processes necessary to resolve them. He always calls back when he says he’ll call back and he has resolved the issues in a timely manor without any fuss or drama.
Gabriel is always polite and very professional.

Just hope the next time we have reason to contact Global4 for assistance, we get Gabriel again.

Liam was absolutely fantastic from the moment he arrived on site!! Brilliant service.

Took three days to respond on a fairly urgent matter. If we can have a 24 hour minimum response time, would expect in the IT Support industry to have a shorter period. Got there in the end but rather late.
