Great service on my youfibre install today by Tony. He explained everything he was going to do and made sure I was happy with the location of everything before starting. Once the install was complete he made sure my devices connected properly prior to leaving.

Excellent experience with Zoe she got my issue resolved quickly and was all round polite and helpful.

The brsk Internet is cheaper , never had a problem with connection , but when is comes to contacting them , several emails and calls to no avail it's disgusting

Gary did an amazing job fixing the internet would recommend him to fix your internet

Good level of customer service especially from Wesley Uys, who came to do my installation. He was very respectful of my property and tidied up any mess made from him drilling. He did a very neat job, with very minimum disruption to mine and my family's day. He rang me to inform me he was on his way etc and has made sure the installation went smoothly.

Lutendo was amazing! Very patient with me . Highly reccomend! My Internet works better than ever!!!!!

Avoid like the plague.... Scam.... once your signed up NO after care.... brsk is bankrupt and this is there way out.... BEWARE

After recently renewing my Internet with landline package, I was unable to use my landline as the "phone" light was not lot lit on the router. Having finally getting through to Elvira she managed to sort it all out at her end. Everything works fine now thanks to her. Only complaint i have is the length of time getting through and having to listen to the horrendous music fading in & out whilst on hold.

they were mean and threatend to have a lawsuit if we did not pay for the data even though we were not receiving
it and based off google responce they can not charge us because the ariel has been hanging and we did not do it
based off this we will be not paying unless w get a refund this is unfair they were laughing across the line

So since 18th of March I've tried to contact these chat app and phone nothing till 23rd of March took £35 off me but we only get the package that's £24.99

So got intouch yesterday still no Internet and still sayin they have to get Brsk which they brought out to reactivate our service

Utter crap so I've contacted asking for a refund got a email saying they have now cancelled our services with them 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Pay for 500mbps service, getting less than 100mbps. Contacted the company via the chat on the app, but the chat no longer works as it says they are busy. Tried contacting them via a ticket, but have had no response. Very disappointed, as I have been with BRSK for a couple of years now and always had good service, but now they've switched, I cant seem to get hold of anyone.

Reliable service with excellent support. Special mention to Kefilwe who really helped and gave us an advise regarding our service cancellation.

Customer service is very poor but technical support engineers is professional.

Terrible work drilling holes to my house for the WiFi. Front of the brick came out. Next time learn to drill with an SDS drill from the outside in.

Can't use any of my devices as the WiFi keeps switching to 5ghz. Tried contacting on line with live chat, seems I have to be a computer expert to change all the settings my self by logging to to an IP address, admin with I do t have passwords for and spilling the 2.4 and 5 GHz. And now the live chat is not responding to me and I have been waiting over 40 minutes with no one talking.

Little tip, if your company cant supply me with a simple opinion to have 2.4ghz witch every other provider has and if you can't design a online help chat that tells you that you been cut off rather than me talking to my self to 40 minutes then maybe choose a different business to run.

Friendly engineer, speedy install and explained everything clearly

Barend attended my house and carefully explained what needed doing and ran through what was to be done. Install was super smooth and very satisfied with the work all left neat and tidy with no fuss.
