This review is long overdue, but it comes from the deepest part of our hearts as a family.

Tom and Nicola, and particularly Tom, were absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. I first had dealings with them from October 2024, when my dad was picked up from London and taken to their facility in Doncaster, right through to January 2025, when Tom honourably helped send my dad home to Nigeria.

At the time, I was already in Nigeria waiting to receive my dad, and I trusted Tom and the team completely. There was no need for chasing or constant follow-up because they were always on top of everything. During such an overwhelming and emotional period, they eased so much of our burden, especially with the paperwork and arrangements.

Tom never grew weary of my many questions. He was always patient, kind, ready to call back, and willing to explain things again, even when I felt like I was repeating myself. That level of reassurance meant so much to me and my family.

Most importantly, they treated my dad with so much dignity, care and respect. When we received my dad back home in Nigeria and went to see him, he still looked just as he did when we visited him at their facility — peaceful, well cared for, and dignified.

Tom, thank you for your kindness, patience and relentless support. You and the team helped lighten what was an incredibly difficult journey for us as a family. We are truly grateful for everything you did for my dad and for us.

Nicola and the team were very professional in every aspect took care of my brother who sadly passed away they also took care on my mother wen she passed away kept me up to date with everything that they were doing all the paperwork and progress with the Italian consulate I gave them some date for my brother to be flown to Italy and all done thanks very much Nicola and the team A BIG 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐

After our dad passed on 24th Nov 2025, Global Funeral Repatriation company was contacted. We were a bit worried what the embalming would look like on him, but I would say it was done really well. Due to funeral rites back in Nigeria, we kept going back and forth on where our dad's body would be laid to rest, and Global Funeral Repatriation were happy to assist. On the day I decided to visit dad's body, Nicola booked me for the appointment and she assisted to make sure the anxiety I had was manageable as I visited all by myself. Their Repatriation company in Lagos received dad's body earlier than expected through customs. Everything went on smoothly, I must say. Thanks to everyone who cared for our dad's body.

Amazingly professional service from the team at Global Funeral Repatriation. All the staff were so caring, helpful and sympathetic from initially dealing with Nicola for the repatriation of mum back to the UK, Rachel for organising the cremation through to Tom for personally delivering mum’s ashes back to us at home. To lose a child, no matter their age, has to be the worst thing to happen to any parent. My situation was difficult but with the help of Tom and Rachel I finally had the ashes of my son delivered from England to Ireland and will be eternally grateful to them for all that they did. Highly recommend this company.
