The initial interview was fine
The initial interview was fine. The representative was charming. However we had a bad phone connection (not the representatives fault). I sent an e-mail asking for some clarification regarding process and never heard back. No follow up! Not a good way to start a business relationship. I decided not to use the company if they have such poor customer service.

I have been very pleased so far with my experiences with Global Passport. My citizenship advisor Anahit has been very helpful and she is always quick to respond to my requests. I was very surprised and excited when they started finding birth documents on my grandparents so quickly.

Dreaming of Italy
Easy to understand the process and very transparent with pricing. They offer a risk free guaranty if your application is not successful. Since I cannot see where any cases could have been successfully argued under the new guidelines (Circolare 3,2024), I am not sure this experience will work for me.
